BEWARE: DECEPTIVE PRICING !!!When going through the drive through, they hand you a coupon book and simply say “$1 coupon book.” They don’t give you a receipt because they are charging you for that coupon book but make it seem like they are just giving you coupons. Very shady. This happened to me twice before I caught on to it on the 3rd visit and asked for a receipt.

Worst fast food ever. Service was awful, the lady at the drive through tried to argue with me about my order. Half the food was missing, and old. 90% of it wasn’t even edible. The only thing that was, was the drinks.. and those were pretty damn bad also. This place is an absolute waste of money and should be shut down.

Went in asking for a cup of hot water to warm my baby’s bottle. They were so nice and I went to buy a soda as a “thanks for the water!” And they gave me the soda free. Ended up buying dinner there. Very impressed by the service.

Looked like our famous bowls had been setting for awhile. Gravy and corn was not fresh. Don't know how to describe it. Everything is seem to be several hours old.

The food here was awful!!The fries were dry and stale,we could even eat the chicken,it was terrible! If I had to describe the taste, I would compare it to the way a composting chicken smells... I don't know how to explain it otherwise! We ordered around 9 at night which probably allowed the employees to get rid of old fried stuff rather than throwing it out,but just so the employees know...it was thrown out anyway because we flat couldn't eat it! Frankly speaking, I've never given a 1 star review ever,in my life,if there would have been a lower star option I would have given it!

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender. I thought the menu price was$5.99 but my bill was over $8. I didn't get a drink or fries. I only asked for a dipping sauce. The tenders were very small.

Order the mac and cheese in a K5 with large drink and fries the chicken is overcooked so are the fries a bit mac and cheese is 3 out of five stars chicken is one fries are two. Overall disappointed. This particular locations food is not great. On a side note in reference to KFC as a whole i think it was a bad move that they got rid of popcorn chicken. This will be the last time I go to a KFC until they get their stuff together.

I'm giving to stars only because of friendly customer service. Got the $20 dollar fill up box, first of all fries were cold and hard like they had been sitting for hours. I drove back through and they made fresh ones and were very nice about it. Second of all got home to old hard nuggets. Third realized the tortillas on my wrap were stale and inedible. I'm so disappointed!!!!! After a long day at work, Spent $35 dollars on old, hard food with 3 kids to feed. Just a complete waste of my hard earned money. I have to recommend that if you want KFC....do NOT GO to this location. I would like to mention again the two women, the one that took my order and payment and the one that gave me my second order of fries were EXTREMELY nice. They may however need to do something about the cooks because they knew the food was old and served it anyway. I work in the food service industry and try to be understanding and avoid bad reviews but this was not right and I feel robbed.
