Stopped here for dinner after a long drive. Waitress started off well. However, it went downhill after that. Food took 30 min to arrive. Ingredients in the order were missing. Had to ask them for these items. We're told that the menu card was not accurate. Waitress never came back for drinks refill.Food was nice and tasty, but cold.Not a lot of vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options.

Never got a chance to eat. Me and my fiance walked in and sat down. The bartender NEVER acknowledged us till we decided to leave, and the "customer" he was talking to the whole time is the one that asked if we needed help...as we were leaving at that. Never again

Worst dining experience of my life. Food was served cold. Sandwiches were not made as ordered. Mine had the wrong bread. My friend’s food included bacon which he ordered without bacon. Never eat at this place. I would have preferred McDonald’s.

This was one of my favorite places to eat. The statues they have and they have celebrity signed guitars. The food was delicious and the service was fast and the server was nice. Definitely recommend to anyone in the valley or traveling though. It has multiple locations in virginia and the food was reasonably priced. Love this place!!!!

Enjoyed visiting here today. Good sandwiches. Great beer batter onion rings. Oriental shrimp salad was a surprise. Iceberg lettuce, and very cold fried shrimp. Still can't figure out how they did that, not sure I'd recommend it, as it's an odd sensation. Crispy panko batter on the outside and almost frozen cold inside.

Terrible experience! Went around 1:45 for a late lunch. Waited at least 30 minutes for food to arrive.My sandwich was burnt black on top and bottom and the grilled chicken inside was cold. My wife’s sandwich was also cold.Showed the waitress and she said she would have them remade. Came back a few minutes later and my sandwich looked the same. I think they just put them in the microwave for a few seconds. I showed the waitress again and she said she would get it fixed again but by that time I was mad and told her to just forget it and I didn’t want it anymore. She apologized and said the manager would take it off the bill. I expected the manager would come out and apologize but we never saw them.Needless to say, but I won’t be eating there again.Should have at least comped the bill for the awful experience.

Great college town restaurant with a HUGE number of sandwich options. I found one I wanted and ignored the other 73% of the menu. Kitchen was a bit slow the day I was there but the food was worth the wait.

Went for lunch on a Saturday in January. It was busy but they asked us to wait an hour for the kitchen to catch up and we agreed. After being seated our waiter got our drinks and took our orders. We then waited almost another hour for our food. The food came out luke warm and was obviously not hot off the grill so unsure what the wait had been for. The restaurant was cleared out by this point. I went to the hostess stand and asked to speak to the manager. The manager took his time coming out to speak to me and seemed bothered. He looked at our checks and said he had no clue why we had been there that long but he would go inquire. We never saw the manager again! He never came to apologize or close the loop. He didn’t care at all. Our waiter came back to collect payment and said that the manager was giving a 10% discount. While that was appreciated - the manager needs to step up and manage that restaurant and work on his customer service!
