On 4-8-2024, my partner and I had decided it had been a few months since we came to this McDonald's and received 2 raw hamburgers, that maybe they had gotten their act together. Well, they had not. My girlfriend ordered a simple burger and they managed to give it to her cold, TWICE!! My chicken sandwich was wrong the first time, however the managed to get it right the second time. My partner decided she wanted her money back with a hot sandwich since it was cold twice, but they would not oblige. They just handed her cash for her food. Now we are leaving and she's still hungry, let me fix that, she's HANGREY!!

So, yet again, the app does not work. I went in and asked the manager if there was anything he could do and he said no sorry, he's been dealing with that all day. So I had to pay full price for everything I wanted instead of getting one or two things free. McDonald's, please step up your app game. It's ridiculous for a number one fast food chain

Went to this Mcdonalds on 3-17-24 got large order of food and got 2 milkshakes the one looked like it had some mud in the bottom of the cup one of the workers when we asked about it made a smart comment of so... the manager couldnt even hardly speak any english and couldnt understand what we trying to tell them we asked for a district phone number and could understand that very disaponting experince i think they need to do some serious training at this store

Employees were unprofessional and they were speaking to each other in another language and it made me feel unknowledgeable.

I have come to multiple times with increasingly low expectations only to be surprised by how it manages to still disappoint. Multiple shifts have not only forgotten multiple items but the few I receive are rarely what I order, I attempt to call to fix these issues nearly every time and the incompetence this specific location is astounding.
