The food looks nothing like the menu! Taste is even worse!! The server also bartender was good but busy and didn't have the best personality for the type of position in my opinion. It was a very busy weekend due to homecoming and parents weekend at JMU but they should have been aware and staffed accordingly. I would not recommend this restaurant.

A very good bar and restaurant they have some very good food the pies is terrific they have good chicken tenders the chicken parmesan was excellent the potato soup was great their roles are very good they have a good environment good servers we had an excellent Gathering there today the drinks the we're very good they had some good bartenders here today and the server that we had was very excellent professional and they had a lot of good and friendly people working here that's a very good place now this place is in Harrisonburg area and it's near the colleges and all that too so the atmosphere was pretty good you know even with the college kids coming in and stuff Harrisonburg area is very nice they got a lot of nice things down there and I wish they had an O'Charley's near where I live however they don't so have to come here when I'm in this area you will really like it and not regret it we do highly recommend and they have free pie on Wednesdays back didn't make it there on a Wednesday for that but next time I have to remember that they do work well with dietary restrictions it's really not good for kids cuz didn't see much of a kid's menu but it is good for the family and it is handicap accessible to
It had been a long time since we had dinner at O'Charley's. Everything was very good, and the service was great. I had the ribs and pork Chop, and the meat just fell off the bone. It also had a great flavor. The wife had the chicken parm, and it was full of flavor, not just tomato paste.

What a joke. This is not the O’Charley’s that used to be one of the more consistent, flavorful, and well operated restaurants in Harrisonburg. Our server had just us, a table of 5 and we waited long stretches for her to rerun to the table. She over-charged us and seemed extremely inexperienced. She was nice and courteous but the actual implementation part was terrible.Management is incompetent. Food was edible but not enjoyable, nor did it reflect previous dining experiences. You can tell they’re cutting corners. I ate it out of pure desperation. The manager handled the situation poorly and now I’m in the hole over $250 until the “pending” transactions clear. I felt 100% demeaned by the manager’s approach to the over charge. Making it seem everyday and minuscule that my bank account would be suffering as if I have hundreds of dollars to tie up with O”Charley’s pending transactions.Here’s my advice. If you want marginal food, with poor service, and an environment that screams we don’t care about customers…head to O’Charley’s. You won’t be disappointed.

I don't normally eat at franchise restaurants since I moved to H'burg but this one is an exception. Great food and the customer service specifically from the powerhouse duo of who I believe is the Manager (tall guy red shirt) and the bartender, make eating out an actual joy to do, and not a fallback because no one can cook. The only thing I hate when I leave this place is the Walmart Parking lot..

Our visit started off great like everyother time we have been there. Joseph was an amazing server (check #1583729). The fried pickles had a few that were under cooked but i put that off as a big batch, we ordered our meals when they came out I thought my catfish was raw in the middle. I said something to my boyfriend who agreed (it was slimy in the middle). Joseph came right over saw this and apologized, asked if i wanted another order made but i had eaten my fries and some of my boyfriends chicken tenders. He took my meal off the bill and apologized again, he seemed more concerned then the manager did, he came over never introduced himself just stated he gave us a discount on the rest of our bill. Joseph said the cook was new, she may possibly need more training, there were only 3 other tables occupied at the time we were there, i can only imagine how well the cook is going to do at a busy time. All of this leads me to by the time we got home we both had stomach cramps, nausea, throwing up as well as diarrhea and still this morning we are both nauseous but have to go to work regardless. As i said never have we had a bad experience, but this time has left a bad taste in our mouths literally. Not sure if we will visit O'Charleys again or not
