I was waiting with my family to go in after I place my order and a male Papa John’s worker came out, I assume to his car and put his hands inside of the front of his pants and down them and scratch his genitals. So after having a staring contest with me he went back into the restaurant (didn’t wash his hands) grab a pizza box and begin handling restaurant items. I left. It was disgusting to observe.

Paid $25.25 for 2 large pizzas , one a cheezy calzone stuff crust and one a 1-topping large with bacon , Both got to our apartment at 11:12, (18 minutes before delivery time) Service was great getting order out.

They cancelled our order 32 minutes AFTER it was placed. Tracking said order was ready for pick up (door dash) and stated dasher was picking up.. this store decided to close early, cancelled my order and let dash driver hanging. Ridiculous.

This place has messed up my order numerous times and the last time I ordered a pepperoni pizza they literally did not put pepperoni on half of the pizza and I would never order half pepperoni and half cheese. I just makes no sense to me so I’m very unsatisfied!

I normally order from here cause I like it obvious. However, I ordered a pizza on grub hub and got a totally different order, so I requested a refund on Grub hub and called up the place to ask if there was a way I could get my pizza delivered to me. Said they could not help..alright ok I'm not gonna be pressed about it and order a second pizza asking the delivery driver to make sure to check my food. Food arrives and its a complete mess, sauce everywhere like it exploded from within the pizza and its uncut???? Wtf

They keep doing stupid stuff that makes them worse than Domino's even though Papa's pizza is 10x better. They won't deliver to Valley Jump Park, which has kids' birthday parties EVERY DAY. Guess who gets all the pizza orders for EVERY birthday party?? Domino's. Valley Jump Park is closer than many parts of their current delivery area. You can't teach stupid. Papa John's used to OWN JMU and Harrisonburg but then they went stupid. They moved to the worst location in history for a pizza shop and they doubled their prices. STUPID.

Not entirely sure what happened recently, when I visited this location last, but a person, along with myself placed an online order from here, (Pizza & Pasta) the pizza turned out great like usual, the bowl on the other hand, is entirely another story (as seen on commercials) also from the picture below there's clearly no Pasta at all, just meat & cheese everything was slid into the corner to show this, hence the reason for this review, if you're going to label something as a "Pasta Bowl" please for the love of God, add PASTA!??

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order on the Papa Johns app we order from Papa Johns often last month we stayed at a hotel locally and had ordered food apparently that address saved in their system but not on my app I made sure to check the address as I just moved so I know they had the correct address on the app they still proceeded to deliver my food to the hotel and informed me it must had auto saved on their end and they just left my food at the hotel when they realize they had brought it to the wrong place! I had no idea! nobody informed me I called to ask where my food is she told me where she delivered it that she was a manager I explained the situation Offered to screenshot the app and show my id she Continued asking me questions making it seem like I wasn’t who I offered to show that I had the correct address on my end she said she didn’t care she refuse to tell me if she left my food with a person or just at the front desk refused to remake my order refused to deliver my order it was $40 worth of pizza I’m a single mom that’s a lot of money to me so I asked to speak to another manager and I asked for corporate numbers they would not give it to me they not give me their general managers number they would not give me anybody’s names And told me the only number I was going to get was on the front door Which was just the stores number told me that he would remake my food but they refused to drive it to me I had to come pick it up all the way across town with three kids at 9 o’clock at night when I got there he was extremely rude and to be honest I was a little worried to eat my pizza or feed it to my children I was hoping he didn’t do anything to my food by the way he was acting! he did tell me the lady I spoke with was named Courtney didn’t even offer an apology and only said he would remake my food when I let him know I was going to be calling the store first thing in the morning! Both of them need to find a new job if they hate the one they have so bad!!! Terrible experience

Tried to call in an order for pickup, got connected with some call center guy I could barely understand trying to sell trying to fast talk me in to a number of things I didn't want. I hung up on him and am going to order from somewhere else.

This is a review of the website and the phone service.Not the pizza. Pizzas good.Tried to get dinner. No option to pay cash online.Call in. 8 minutes into the call center convo, we can't match that. Let me forward you to the store.5 minutes into that, oh yeah, we can't match that deal. Which would add $8 to a $34 total.Like, I was trying to tip to 40. Not $42 tipped to $50Dude at the store was much faster and helpful. Wish the line went directly to the store.So I'll go local.
