GOD AWFUL… they can’t be sober there.. 9/10 times, they mess up my order or take 45 minutes or completely loss the order and precede to tell me that they can’t do anything about it. DONT GO THERE!!! good luck getting anything right..

They were very rude,nobody at all that works there is respectful,management wanted a picture when I called and complained and said if I couldn't send a picture to bring it back,it was very pathetic and I'm telling everybody that if they make a mistake on your food you gotta deal with it after you paid all that money.do not waist your time....and the food horrible sloppy over do the sauces n just slap it on

That not the first time they doing that I always order 12 pieces and they give us 11 and today I was there and I ordered 12 pieces family meal and they give me 8 pieces the staff working there they just talking and they miss the numbers please anyone ordering food from them he needs to check his order before leaving the restaurant.

This location sucks. They literally put no sauce on the chicken wings at all. What’s the point of having five different flavors if they all taste the same due to the lack of sauce. ?
***GET THE STRAWBERRY BISCUIT*** oh em geeeeee….. Customer service, strawberry biscuits and spicy wings. Always my fave place to go eat in a hurry. The guy running the drive-thru let me know it’d be a 7 minute wait on food but it would be fresh. It took all 7 minutes but it was so hot and so fresh. Everyone I’ve interacted with there is kind. The only thing they could do better is offer my dog a chicken tender like they do at other Popeye’s in the Valley. She always looks forward to that & I seek out restaurants who include my pup in the interaction, whether simply saying hello, a little ice cream or a little bite of food just for her. To me, that’s about getting to know your customers & providing an experience to keep them coming back to YOUR store.Side note: Caution. I ordered the Honey BBQ wings tonight and they were hot, as in spicy, ?️ I wasn’t expecting it but I enjoyed them just the same.
I love their red beans and rice with biscuit. It is the best, reminds me of Grandma's house. The workers are overly friendly and talkative. It's nice to hear.. How's your day going when you stop in for a meal.
I have a very big soft spot for fried chicken, especially well seasoned chicken. Popeyes chicken really is another level in terms of fast food chicken. The kids behind the counter were very friendly and patient as I checked the menu. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant itself was clean and roomy. It just reminded me how much I loved the food here.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!The food was terrible along with the service. This is the second time I’ve been to this Popeyes and let me tell you the manager is a discriminatory against certain races. First off, the chicken is as terrible, it was cold, the portions was smaller than normal, and the boxes didn’t even have the right amount of food. My order was barely half way full. The moment I walked in the restaurant the manager was working behind the Soda Machine and RAN behind the counter WITHOUT washing her hands or wearing gloves and forcefully took my order box from the other workers working there and went behind to give me old pieces of chicken. The other workers were waiting for the fresh prices to fry. Mind you, this manager ran to make my order when there were 10 other people working in the kitchen. What was her need there? Plus the kitchen, workers, and everything else was so unsanitary. The workers weren’t wearing gloves or hairnets which even in Fast Food is mandatory. When I checked my order and told the manager that the portions were small and cold, she acted dumb and said, “Ohh that’s how it is. That’s how the food is.” This is NOT my first time at Popeyes so I know how the food is! This is the second this has happened, the first time I went she did the same thing and this time I went thinking it might be better. Terrible food, disgusting service, and overall WORST fast food experience. Never go here

Popeye's food is always good. Fresh cooked, tastes good. Though .... the quality of the shrimp has plummeted. There used to be nice size shrimp. Now the shrimp has decreased in size. Tiny. Note picture where the tiny shrimp is smaller than a penny. Lots of batter makes you think the shrimp is larger in size. There were even pieces of fried batter with no shrimp inside.I would like a refund.
