Mocha was very watered down and barely warm. Had alot of Mochas in my day, have to say this was the worst ever. Very disappointing. One bathroom was out of order. The second was dirty and out of paper.

these servers were the sweetest people ever!!! the coffee was made perfectly, the service was fast, and the seating is more comfortable than most starbucks options. one of the best sbux experiences ive had!!! (and a sticker?! <3 )

Where is the manager for this place? Three female employees chatting away/not working while I stood there waiting for my drink AND I was their only customer. I had to remind them that I was waiting on my drink as my food was getting cold. Once reminded, the blond young lady made my drink and slid my drink across the counter. This is not your normal behavior from any Starbucks I have ever visited and their employees need to be let go or at best, retrained on customer service skills which they are clearly lacking. Do yourself a favor and skip this SB altogether.

Don’t waste your time going to this location-Starbucks James Madison Square Harrisonburg VA - service was terrible, no one acknowledged me when I arrived or while I stood at the register, as for the food/coffee I didn’t get because I left and took my business elsewhere! I have never experienced this kind of service from a Starbucks!!
