Used to absolutely adore this location...since this last round of new employees, I think I will be going back to gas station coffee in the mornings. Placed an order via the app,my husband picked it up & dropped it at my work for me...the Venti coffee with extra everything was LESS than half full! And it has become the type of place where you just sit in the drive thru lane thinking ""if more people kept their windows down this place would get ZERO buisness."" Like Turn ur headset OFF before complaining about the drink order u just took or insulting ur customers. Fyi I've been called worse,my feelings aren't hurt, I truly I don't care about your disrespectful opinions of people's looks, especially at 7am when I just got off from work at my 3rd job.-disrespectfully "the witch".? Hopefully tourists &travelers don't base the area off JMU student employed places like this.

Subpar Starbucks. I ordered a nitro and they gave me iced coffee. Yeah, it's noticeable. Was it old coffee??? Because it was so gross, I didnt finish it and now I feel bad for the environment.?☹️

I asked for a small dragon fruit refresher and I ended up getting a strawberry Açaí refresher then I ask for a small water with 2 inclusions and they charged me for a tea and not a water with inclusions and then at the drive-through they said it was $12 and at the window it was $16 this makes me pissed and I hope the service gets better but for now I will not go back.
This place is all over the place on quality. Going in each time is like playing the lottery on whether it's going to come out correctly if it's going to be completely messed up. You'd be better off going to one of the other 6 in town.

Initially was very impressed and thankful because they were willing to make my order after I made a mistake and ordered to the wrong location. But when I received my drink, it was made very badly. On top of that, the cup 1/3 empty.

Need to get control of their drive thru traffic its insane you cant drive there because drive through line takes forever and customers are too stupid to follow rules of a two lane road
