Busy, busy, busy. No matter if you go through the drive-thru or inside, you'll be waiting awhile. I got the inside experience and waited over 20 minutes for my drink. The people ordered after me were getting their drink before mine and my drink was not complex. At least the coffee was tasty. The parking lot is terrible. Good luck backing out, especially if the line to the drive-thru is long.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this one and the people are usually very nice, but not today. My food was fine, but I ended up having to get a refund on my coffee which was very frustrating. I went to ask the girl making the drinks how much longer it would be for me coffee I ordered over 20 mins ago, and all she told me was that it hasn't come through yet, but when it did she would get to it. Sorry, but I'm not happy with that comment considering everyone else who made orders after me, had already gotten their drinks. And the way she said it was just rude. I work in retail and no how frustrating things can get, but customer service is still your top priority.

Parking is bad here and I get past that. The service with one employee is the problem. He is a tall young African American guy. He is just snippy with people and was making fun of a customers size and how "fat" they were to a coworker the other day in front of other customers.

20230914 Busy, so busy that there's not enough parking and drive thru traffic blocking the cars from easily getting in and out of parking spaces. I walked in and the baristas were busy. Waited a little before ine shows up in the back to take my order. Definitely not to expect to quickly run in and out of the Starbucks. Drink was good. I'm not sure if they added the 6 pumps of sugar cane that I requested

I totally screwed up and placed a mobile order that I was unable to pick up on time, but when I came through almost an hour later my order was remade and served. Thank-you so much Ethan!! I'm so sorry this was mad embarrassing for me and won't happen again.

I just had the greatest experience at this Starbucks. I asked the girl at the window if she’d ever heard of anyone putting lemonade in their pink drink and she said she hadn’t but that it sounded like it had the potential to be good. I wasn’t feeling brave enough to risk it so I reluctantly went with a normal pink drink. When I got to the window she told me that they were making both so I could try! Long story short, I will never get a regular pink drink again!

This is the only location that gives you a little inclusion when you ask for extra inclusion & even though I'm paying for extra inclusion they only put a little in the cup..

I went to 2 times this week ordered my usual caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch. The first one I had only whipped no Carmel syrup or crunch and the second one I had they a lot of caramel and no crunch and no extra crunch. The worst part is I spent $9 on a drink I didn’t even care for. Please listen to pple orders!!!!!

Busy location with poorly laid out drive-thru that blocks parking.The folks behind the counter were disjointed and obviously not working as a team. No greeting. No smiles.One barista in particular was having a bad day as was evident by his constant huffing and puffing and eyerolls.10 minute wait for a latte was ridiculous.Parking: If the drive-thru is busy, good luck being to park near the building.

Not the best location to choose at busy times of days. The line gets backed up on to Market Street and can be dangerous if cars do not seen you stopped there. Hard to park and go inside as well. College students take all of the parking. Could not get to the pot belly and sleep number store parking lot because of Starbucks. The employees are great and my drinks are always good, but not my first choice location wise when getting a quick drink!

Service is slow. Espresso tastes watery. Baristas always confuse the Jade Citrus Mint tea and the Honey Citrus Mint Tea with each other.

The The Egg in the Bacon Gouda sandwich was Ice cold . I ask them to heat it up but they refused saying that they could not heat it up because I bit into it . Thing is the sandwich was warm on the outside but not the inside that's why I thought it was ok . They did not offer to remake my sandwich either. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced in my life and I have been to quite a few restaurants in my life .. Very disappointing! I know what customer service is because I also work in food service! This customer service was poor. I feel like they should have remade my sandwich or offered me a discount.
