The lady was nice and helpful. However, the yogurt was no good. It was watery and 95% melted by the time we put toppings on, paid, and got into our car (we were the only customers). Half of the flavors were out of order and the taste was bland. More like water with sugar. Disappointing. The only good part was the toppings.

Lady up front was on the phone the whole time and did not greet us. When we went up to pay she had an attitude since she had to get off her phone with her very personal call . We had a coupon and when i showed her she sighed super loud just a bad experience overall.

So the reason for 4 is because of two reasons. 1 the Oreo cookies were ground down to dust. Every sweet frog I go to I get the same thing. This is the cleanest location and the staff was very kind. However they said the Oreo cookie being ground was for the mess the bigger pieces make on the bar. I was just so disappointed. It’s simply not the same. I like the crunch and flavor. 2. I did get cookies and cream flavor and it tasted on the cusp of freezer burn. Everything else was alright.

Nobody in the store when we walked in. We made our cups and finally a girl walked out from somewhere. Could of just walked out and nobody would of known. Yogurt was watery/melted already. Didn’t taste that good. First and last time here. First time I’ve seen my kid say he didn’t want to finish a dessert lol.

We are used to menchies which is really creamy and good and this was more like Italian water ice that had some very serious taste issues. I told my husband you should be able to weigh what was inedible and get refunded for that portion.
Delicious frozen yogurt with lots of fun toppings. Flavors change often which makes it fun!

Fresh frozen yogurt and a variety of flavors and toppings. However, everytime I've been in there, it's always the same flavors and never anything new. My personal favorite is the blackberry yogurt. On a summer day, it's very refreshing! The toppings include candy, cake, Nutella, marshmallows, caramel and any kind of sweet you can think of. Before you go crazy with the toppings, just remember they charge BY POUND so if you fill an entire cup, it can be pricey.
