There is no one to take your order with a smile. I ordered a nacho Bell Grande that is missing the correct amount of beef and beans. They toss your bag on the counter like you dont matter. If you don't want to work there don't. Otherwise, learn customer service and learn how to properly make the food.

I wish that giving negative stars on this was possible. I will be adding pictures to show how horrible the night crew is. ACCEPT KAITLIN G. KAITLING G. SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO STILL THINKS THAT IT IS A CUSTOMERRRRRR SERVICE JOB!!!!!!! KAITLIN G. took the time to double and even triple check that everything was rang up properly in the drive through. NOW LETS GET TO THE REASON OF THIS REVIEW. We ordered a CHICKEN QUESADILLA WITHOUT THE JALAPENO SAUCE. Apparently to them it means "I want a tortilla, folded, nothing else..... Please... Nothing else." See photo. Then asked for a chalupa with no tomato, again see the photo. We also asked for a Doritos Locos Taco with chicken instead of beef. Which apparently means put just a couple pieces of microwaved chicken on the Doritos taco shell. Again.... See the picture. Drove back another 70 minutes round trip to get it taken care of. Wouldn't give me correct food. Got a refund, oh and even though they gave out KAITLIN G.'s name...... The manager refuses to say her own...... Hmmmmm.

I never expect a lot from tacobell, their food is always what I expect and sometimes accurate but last night was awful. I went inside to order take out, I wrung myself up at the kiosk, and waited and waited and waited along with another customer who was in front of me. Well apparently the workers have been coached to just worry about drive thru times and to hell with anyone inside because somehow they "already made our orders buy I guess we gave BOTH of them out the window ". Like I said I do expect much but jesus every time I get anything from this store after lunch service it's a truly miserable experience. Do better

This the second time I come and I can't eat here because your lobby hours are not posted. Your door says 9 am to 1 am. It doesn't say anywhere when your lobby closes. So why is the lobby closed. All I wanted was to enjoy a nice meal after a long day of work. I will not be returning to this location, since I can't never eat here.

Drive thru daily for $2 burritos like chicken , bacon ranch n veggies but next Wednesday the 10th of January 2024 .they are removing these fast food gems . Guess they weren't selling Enough tostada's & taco salads .Vegetarian options: Actually can have that fresh veggies taste with every bite .
Back when I was young and broke, I used to be able to order a grilled stuffed burrito or a chalupa and cheese quesedilla for $2.11 and It was enough food for lunch and dinner. Now a chalupa and cheese quesedilla is half the size and $4.60 each plus tax. So as an accomplished and financially secure adult, I can no longer afford to eat here. Such a shame. Good bye taco bell. You've officially lost a lifelong customer.

This is a new Taco Bell. It looked clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The two items I purchased were fresh (one tortilla was a bit stale) and tasted great. I will definitely come back.
