At 5pm. They tell me to look at the menu for what , I allready knew what I wanted. Is pathetic I waitet for 15 minutes and no car in front of me.

Smoothies are either frozen or watered down. No prioritization for drive thru customers. They will serve lobby before drive thru makes no sense… managers get it together and fix this.

The two times I came here were both dissatisfying. I got the acai berry boost and they didn't put strawberries in it.This time I got the peanut butter cup in there are a lot of chunks of ice and banana pieces.Not to mention that it took them a long time to acknowledge me standing there waiting to order both times.

My son insisted on a smoothie after a dentist appt. We’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes . The inside is empty with no customers. There is one car ahead of me. We got to the window and my sons smoothie is half melted and I see about 8 smoothies sitting on the counter. Mine is not even made yet so we keep waiting to get mine. I get it and it has zero flavor. We definitely will not be back. This is really sad and pathetic. The two young men working do not have any hustle and didn’t even apologize. I had to ask for straws.
