Placed a mobile order today and when I got there they couldn’t find my order. Talked to the manager and she told me I would need to cancel my order and place it again. I tried to cancel the order over and over again but it wouldn’t let me. I was officially late for getting back to work so I had to just reorder everything and got charged a second time. On top of everything they didn’t even give me the right sandwich and got charged $7 for a 4 for $5 bundle. Tried calling customer care and was on hold for hour+ before hanging up. Tried live chatting with them through the app and still no answer. I emailed and never got anything back. This is the worst experience ever and will never go back. So highly disappointed in the whole situation. I should NOT have to pay 2 times back they couldn’t find my order!!!

They don't read the Dine-in mobile orders get packed as a doordash order. When you tell them is for here and that it's very clear they don't like. Cashier is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to de-escalate and just makes it worse. Fries were undercooked and the pretzel baconator was ok.

Their sign saying they won't accept $50 or $100 bills needs to be bigger and before you get to the actual drive thru window. Alot of people carry cash, and there are many who may only have that as a form of payment. To not accept that legal tender, is displacing many of your customers, some that would've already placed their order when they were notified of your business rules and either wouldn't be able to order, or would have to go elsewhere to break their bills smaller and come back to get their food that they'd already had the money for when they were there, to begin with. In some people's cases, mine in particular, they may not go there often to know of your policy and could've made the stop on their way to taking care of payday errands, maybe having just left the bank, where they were given big bills unless explicitly asked for smaller ones. It just makes no sense.. please change this..

Good was really good once I finally got it. I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes, obviously that was my decision to wait but what kind of review could I write if I didn't stick around,. Either way, the lobby was closed 40 minutes early making it do everyone had to go through the drive thru and then the young man at the window seemed like he was lost when I finally got there. It was just a burger, but the wait was ridiculous.Wheelchair accessibility: The lot is wheelchair accessible

We ordered the new nacho cheese fries and burger. The burger was just ok. The fries were cold and the shredded cheese not even close to melting. At a price point of over 20 bucks that wasn't acceptable. We sent the fries back, they did make new ones that were warm but still not great. Will not try that Wendy's
