Food was great as usual, however my granddaughter & I didn't care for the funny tasting ranch dressing. However our server Cynthia C (313) was absolutely fantastic. She was right on top of everything. We had 13 (+ 1 toddler) in our party. This was a mid way meeting point for most of us, for our mom's yearly memorial luncheon that we do. So we were very glad that we had a server that kept our drinks filled, our table cleared of dirty plates, with a absolutely fantastic attitude. She was very polite, and friendly. She treated us as if we were the only people in the restaurant. I hope she sees this and is acknowledged somehow, someway. Cynthia you rock, you know how to treat your customers!! I hope if we choose this place again that we are lucky enough to have you. May God bless you & always keep you safe.

Massive salad bar and great variety of meat, chicken, vegetables and seafood. The dessert bar was outstanding. We make this a stop for dinner every time we are at Massanutten.Kid-friendliness: Great choices and kids loved the soft serve ice cream with toppings.

A group of 12 of us dined in on a Friday evening around 6:30, there was no wait, and buffet was not crowded!Highly recommend the fresh-grilled steak always available in the buffet!!Great selection of seafood as well as many other good food!!

My family made the effort to travel in for my parents’ diamond anniversary celebration; All the way from GA, NC, etc. I wasn’t made aware of the 2-hr time limit on weekends until we were rudely interrupted by a lady who announced we had 10 minutes to wrap up. Part of our 30 person party had JUST arrived due to traffic delays. Needless to say we were disappointed our time was unknowingly limited for such a rare and momentous occasion.I pride myself in my attention to detail and planning so I was highly embarrassed that it seemed I failed to take this into consideration but on everything I love, this was not communicated. So for that I give the low rating. The actual servers we had were pleasant and the food that we did have time to sample was pretty decent but the overall experience left everyone feeling empty (literally).

We had a 3p reservation on 3.30.2024 for approx. 30 people to celebrate my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary, my Father's bornday on 3.29.2024 and my mother's on 4.01.2024.My family of 8 ran into accidents and traffic on 95 and then on 295 which caused us to be late. By time we arrived, the rest of our party was there. As soon as we barely sat down to finish our first plate, a rude server came in and told us we had 10 minutes to finish up by 5p and make room for the next party who reserved tbe room. Apparently we only had a 2 hour window to eat, socialize, enjoy and honor our parents. Even if that is their policy, the server was rue, flat, cold, and apathetic which killed the mood and vibe, caused us to rush everything, and while the manager attempted to be as solution-focused as he could be, the occasion and experience was completely ruined.The manager was willing and able to move my family of 8 and two other family members to an other area and table, but my parents and the other 20 in our party had to leave. Even with us having our own table it defeated the whole purpose of being able to be there to honor my parents and to break bread & bond with family TOGETHER. My daughter even drove 4 hours from law school only to be forced out as we opted to pile everything into To Go trays and meet up at a local park outside and wait for a brief rain shower to pass in order to have some sort of time together.The manager gave me a discount which I am grateful for, however, we will not be returning ever again! This was after having our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary there and now this ruined 60th.HIGHLY DISPPOINTED!
