Was not greeted by the hostesses when we walked in , they just stare at you with no smile and don’t even ask for your name, you have to take be the one to start giving them the information. All the workers look miserable like they hate being there and silence when you leave too, note even a bye or have a nice day. We waited 15 minutes to have a server come up to our table. We look around, hoping the manager or someone would notice that our table is bare. The manager and 2 other servers were on their phone, other servers chatting at hostess table and here we are just waiting for a server. The manager should’ve stepped in, and at least got our drinks, if the server was busy with other tables. Food wasn’t anything special. The Cary St location closed and we tried this location , that is the only reason we made the drive. The waitress did not have much energy at all, sounded very sleepy but she did get better with filling up drinks etc. they should have closed this location and kept the other locations open. Will not be going back.

I hosted a birthday brunch for my teen daughter and it was awesome. Food was great, service was all of the above and all of my 23 guests were happy with their food and service. I recommend this spot if you want a great variety of food and wonderful service

We like to eat around short pump beacuse it's close to our house. We decided to try this place and overall it was OK. One wierd thing is they have a sign that says 3.5% will be added to your bill for employees medical insurance. We thought that was wierd, just add it to the food cost don't sneak it in on us. When we look at a menu and see the price we would have been ok with the cost.

Never eating here again, I ate here with my partner, we were greeted at sat rather quickly seeing how there was no one inside. We were greeted by a server who said her name was Lucy or Lizzy but then the paper read Angie we got our drinks and food promptly; after receiving our food so called "receipt promptly" decided to take two more even though we were there first the server decided not to Angie us at all didn't ask if we needed refills or if we wanted dessert and inside of making eye contact and coming to our table she blatantly decided to make eye contact with my partner and me multiple times and then go to the table that was sat 30 minutes after us and ask them if they wanted d refills while they still refills have food on their table before we did. The service was very horrible and I will not be eating here ever again to make matters worse she said that she would come back to the table once my partner got up to use the bathroom and ask if we wanted refills when we were finished with the entire meal ..... service horrible ... greeting staff (hostess horrible attitude) tables were sticky and dirty watched the staff spray water on the table and whip with a rag no extra care in being clean

Dylan was a magnificent server... he was very patient and knowledgeable about the menu and stayed on task... we didn't have to ask twice for anything! He was very helpful & funny though it was quite busy!

I can't say I had a great time. The place looked and felt nice, and the waitress was nice too, but there were lots that went wrong. I ordered a mimosa which that was the highlight of the whole meal for me. Our appetizer was this cheese ball thing which was more potato than cheese, but still was alright (sauce lacked flavor imo). For the entrees though, big miss. My mom ordered some tacos and asked for hard shell, but only came out with doubled soft shell (waitress didn't tell us if they could do it or not). My sister ordered this pita wrap meal and it was basically a salad in this overly huge pita like bread the size of the whole plate that couldn't be picked up so had to eat it like a salad instead of a wrap like advertised. And finally my dish should have been a shrimp and lump crab pasta (no bacon sub mushrooms), but all i got was a flavorless shrimp alfredo basically. I turned it away as it didn't have flavor no matter how much parmesean i put in it, and it didn't even have the crab (the waitress asked if I was sure when you could clearly see only shrimp). I didn't really want anything after the disappointment so i ordered a side ceasar salad for the sake of being at a restaurant and not wanting to make my family feel bad for not eating anything. Needless to say, i will not be coming back, it wasn't worth it for me or my family in the end. $95 for 2 real meals, an appetizer, and 3 drinks. Make your own judgement if you wanna try it as i cannot recomend based on my experience.Update: I tried this place again forgetting why I didn't come back, and it got worse (changed my 2 star to a 1). The mimosas were hot, and the food I think gave me and my 2 friends food poisoning. Everything was wrong aside from the waitress, and I double regret coming here. Tasteless, not cooked right, and had all of us sick to our stomachs. Don't. Come. Here.
I’m in a a great book club with wonderful women and was scheduled to host them at my home but circumstances prevented both hosting and attending- I called Bakers Crust at Short Pump and what a good experience- reservations and arrangements were made for my friends and a shout out to Nick for helping provide a little surprise for them in my absence. Good food, great service! Kudos!

Can't even get eggs Benedict right. Stone cold eggs, no seasoning, cheap store bought sauce. Returned the food.The server returned with a remade serving. Still lukewarm but now with severely undercooked "snotty" and runny egg whites.The place is pretty shabby too. Sticky and uneven tables, dirty floors, questionable rest rooms (staff watching a video in the men's restroom) and paintwork/decor in need of attention.Asked to speak to the manager, who couldn't be bothered to come over. Hence what should've been a conversation becomes a review.Hard pass. Will not return.
