The fried chicken here is juicy and delicious! Basically you walk in, order at a kiosk, seat yourself, and they call your number when your order is ready. Very easy to order and understand the menu at the kiosk. Digitizing their ordering service though creates an environment where tables aren’t turned over necessarily. Lots of syrupy/saucy/sticky meals leads to a pretty sticky table and floors. The food, however, was phenomenal. We got the smashville sandwich and chicken w/ French toast and both were 10/10 on flavor and portion size! The kitchen staff was working hard and pumping orders out quickly. They all had a smile on their face too. Would recommend if you’re craving fried chicken!

An absolute MUST TRY. Best chicken sandwich I've ever had and the fries are a must when you come here (specifically their Nashville hot fries). Not only was the food spectacular, but the service was amazing as well. Huge shout out to DJ for giving us our food and even checking on how our food was. If I'm ever in the area again, I will DEFINITELY come back.

Holy chicken! A few weeks ago I had the best friend chicken sandwich in Richmond a mile down the road. Now it's here. Who knew short pump, of all places, had such good fried chicken. I had a ridiculous sandwich with pimento cheese, honey, collards and bacon. I ate it in the parking lot and needed baby wipes to clean up. It's out at the current far end of short pump, but it's worth it.Parking: Too much parking. It's the current end of short pump.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't live fried chicken.
This was my first visit and discovered it's very self service (order process). The food was fresh and delicious. They cater to white meat because it's mostly chicken sandwiches and sides. Will definitely visit again.Vegetarian options: I got the collard greens and they were seasoned well and not greasy.

It's ok but I probably will not be back. The food was good but pricey. I generally don't go back to places who ask for a tip when you get little service. We had to order on a kiosk, get out own drinks and get our food when it was ready. No one did anything that deserves a tip.

This place was called buttermilk and honey. So you would think that you would get a selection of chicken and waffles and a lot of sweet stuff. Instead you get spicy chicken sandwiches and spicy chicken wraps and only an option for french toast and chicken. The food was good but my sister raves about this place and it's definitely not somewhere I would regularly go. It was also a little bit pricey. Food was decent but nothing I'd write home about. Name does not fit the type of food it serves.

One of the best places I've ever had chicken. You actually get thick chicken with meat and wonderful breading.Service can sometimes be a little slow, but they are all kind and it's well worth the wait. Tin/Tin would recommend.

I used to love this place - it’s not being managed like it used to be. I recently got takeout with the Smashville. The fries were soggy and completely cold. The chicken, while hot, had a pickle and about 3 pieces of shredded cabbage on it (slaw.) The time before that was subpar as well. Not what it used to be.
