Ok ok, here's an issue when you are a foodie and trying to eat healthy... Stop laughing because I have found an option. When out at Regency Square mall ( lower level, by the church) is a tasty solution. Honey, you can have breakfast and a snack all in one little bite and not feel guilty. I wasn't sure what to order but after a precise ordering directions, I was off and running. To view mini pancakes in a vast variety of flavors and additional toppings . I decided upon blueberry pancakes and fruit topping ( strawberries) . I'm not a whipped topping lover but it was available. Adding my ice cream... yes I said ice cream. I could not wait to get home and demolish, I mean enjoy my creation. As it hits your lips and mouth is a treat that on this side of earth we are not worthy. Just joking it's a heavenly little treat that presents itself as a present.

Very cute in the section of Regency mall next to the stairs & elevator where the food court used to be. The owner operator was a very friendly woman with a great Latin accent that compliments her smile. She explained how to properly order the mini pancakes and variety of toppings. The pancakes are made to order fresh on the cutest grill that has mini molds in it. There is fresh lemonade and other beverages available too. Very very tasty, as I had strawberry syrup- oreos - and marshmallows and my husband had cheese and bacon, as we both had lemonade. Great breakfast to start a marriage anniversary!
