Decided to try these on a whim. The woman who works there, Chiki, is very professional and friendly. Being Puerto Rican myself, it makes me very happy to see Latino/Hispanic business owners making their way onto the scene and thriving. The pancakes were amazing, her personality was great, and she was a star in an otherwise dead mall. Will be definitely coming back to eat more pancakes. Thanks, Chiki!

ChikisPancake is delicious, the ingredients are top quality and the menu offers great options, my favourite is the Banana pudding, can't wait to be back to try the Venezuelan pancakes.I always check the reviews before trying a new spot and I can't believe the bad reviews I saw are for "having kids around" and bullying people's accents. I guess this the society where we live nowadays, where being a hardworking immigrant is a bad thing.This amazing place is not only special for the variety of its menu but also for its staff, so friendly and nice. Keep the good work!!! :)

The owners of this business keep their kids at the mall 24/7 and they terrorize other businesses there on a regular basis and then call the cops when the other business owners have an issue with it. Avoid this place.
