Big Double tray with everything, no Jalapeños. Thisssss burger was delicious to say THE LEAST ?. I took a bite and looked down at the burger like wait a minute lol! Don't get wrong, I was excepting to like it, after all I've had a few Cookout burgers. You've had one, you've had them all type of expectation but absolutely NOT. THIS burger ? was above and beyond. And might I add seasoned ? yesssss indeed Salt and Pepa's here! Must have been add due to my request for "everything, minus Jalapeños". Sooo good and freshly made. Burger, lettuce, tomato, all the toppings were ?. Bravo ?? ??????.

This store frequently closes one of its two drive thru lanes, which is fine, but they never close off the second lane with cones. Someone in the speaker will say to please move to the other lane, which requires driving back around the store and losing two more spots in line since more cars have usually arrived. Once I was directed to move to the other lane, and while I waited in the long line, other people drove to the lane I had to move from and got their order taken. It’s very annoying.

Update: After corporate reaching out to me, they were very apologetic, and mailed me a voucher for a free meal.This is the double burger I bought today...wow. very pitiful ! 2 little pieces of stinky meat, I didn't even bite into it, I was afraid to get sick.

This place was good couple moths ago and before that... We usually get wateva tray from there for lunch well we be talking bout it and we spend a couple dollars weekly and that bread been kinda funny money lately on theb buns whether it be buns for hotdogs or the round buns... We like cook out we just would like for you to correct the bread please... Iont like hard bread at end of bun make me feel like they stale... I'm sure they not stale so

Don't be afraid to order from the 1st lane if it's only u as the driver. I do it all the time, u reach, they reach.. I always get the BBQ sandwich w/ 2 sides.. I have never been disappointed in the sandwich or the sides.. always hot (temp) and crispy..great job Cook-out!

The last few times when I've been going to Cookout, my orders have been wrong EVERYTIME!! I either get home or work, and I have a totally different order from what I asked for. I don't know if the double drive-thru is confusing them, but I'd like to have what I order for a change!!

Going thru the drive thru was quick, got the order correct (always have to check when you are feeding kids). Food tasted good, was consistent with prior time. Small issue was having to flag the employee back down to get condiments.

This is quite possibly the worse place I have ever eaten. My spicy chicken sandwich was so thin and overcooked that I could have used it as a hockey puck. The fries were greasy and the double burger was the size of a kids meal.So, so bad.

It is open very late and comes in clutch. The food however is always mediocre, i of course don’t mind that, I don’t expect the best food from a place that is busy all night nonstop. The fries are soggy.
