Disappointing ExperienceMy recent visit to Eggmania Richmond left much to be desired. The overwhelming stench upon entering was the first sign that something was amiss. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The food quality was abysmal; each dish seemed to suffer from a lack of attention to detail and care in execution. It's evident that the restaurant's attempt to offer a wide range of cuisines has resulted in a compromise on the quality of every dish. From the appetizers to the main courses, nothing managed to impress. I left feeling thoroughly disappointed and unlikely to return.dissatisfaction with the restaurant's odor, food quality, and lack of specialisation, while also providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Awesome egg dishes from Indian cuisine, I liked Andaa-lahori, egg-gotala. They have a good selection for vegetarian dishes too.

We had Goti Fry,Chapati and Masala Papad.The papad that is served is roasted and not fried.Must say the food is very delicious.The spice level is apt.The Chapatis were slightly hard but overall the food was tasty.The service is also nice.They also serve Metha paan.Vegetarian options: Tasty options!Parking: Plenty space to park.

Loved all the items, specially the dahi puri and kabab. Some of the best Indian food I have tasted in Richmond. The owner, Purvish Bhai was very friendly and accommodating towards my toddler. Great food. Great atmosphere. Boil fry eggs were a little too bitter for me but the veggie pulav rice was excellent. However it was hard to get to the counter because there wasn’t much structure. There should be an area where people can wait for take out orders and a roped off area to form a tight line at the counter to order. Maybe even a system where people can wait in their cars and receive a text when their take out order is ready since the restaurant is so popular. Overall, great restaurant. Will be back
I ordered food at 12:15 pm to deliver to my address, and we waited almost 2 hours and suddenly we got a text from Egg Mania that your order has been cancelled. We called Egg Mania, and someone picked up the phone and said oh we gave your food to another DoorDash driver. Then I said sir why are you lying? On my end, no driver was changed and the text message I got was from Egg Mania. Then he immediately said okay sorry. After 1 minutes the manager called and instead to tell us the truth, he also started lying about the order cancellation. At the end he said, well I can make another order for you, can you come and pick it up? That’s how you do business? If I was in your place I would have said, Ok we do apologize, but I can make another order and deliver it right now and I will refund you as well because you have been waiting for long time. That’s how you should handle your customers sir.
