I thought the place was dirty. I checked with the Henrico site that goes around inspecting restaurants. It states that it is dirty in the kitchen with dust and food splatter on the areas where they cook. Fly traps where they have food. Not changing their gloves out.

I’ve gone to this location several times for a couple years now. I have no big complaints about the food. I always take out for convenience, so I don’t have any expectations as far as customer service goes: that being said, I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience. I’m never acknowledged and too many times has another customer walked in *after* me and is serviced first. I’ve given more than enough chances. To continue doing business with an establishment that consistently makes me feel like a second class citizen, is foolish on my part so I’m ending it here.

One of the best places for Wonton Soup in Richmond, unlike most Chinese places soup is very flavorful and the wontons are meaty without to much dough. Curries are also fantastic, you can't go wrong with any of them. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles are also very good but be warned the drunken noodles are unusually spicy, not a problem for me but a little to hot for my wife. The Pad Prik Pao, one of my favorites is good but would be excellent with a little less fish sauce, it's not to much to make it a deal breaker, but it is a little more noticeable in the dish than I personally like. They also don't offer a lunch menu, however the prices are very reasonable. Our other favorite Thai place, Thai Flavor just got to expensive with lunch on Saturday costing $15.00 more for the exact same meal. Service is good but most servers don't speak enough English to ask questions concerning the menu not a problem if you are already familiar with Thai Cuisine but could be an issue for some. Another ding is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which is not unique to this place as most Asian places struggle with this to some extent.

Christmas day dinner. One waitress and one cook made for an extended wait, but we were just happy to be there. Dinner was excellent.

Loved it so much we went two days in a row! Their drunken noodles are super good, and I am a bit of a noodle snob... Just the right consistency of chewiness. Tofu was also well flavored and not over-fried. Excellent portions and more affordable than other Thai restaurants in area. Will be coming back anytime we are in town.

Visited with my siblings. I have been to this restaurant several times with my husband but had not been in awhile. First, let me say they appear to have become more a take out food restaurant vs dining. The interior definitely needs a refresh, especially the bathroom. Service by our waitress was pleasant, friendly. This is not an upscale restaurant. All our dishes were well prepared, including appetizers. We did not have dessert as we were all very full. The prices are average. If you want some thai, this is a good choice to enjoy a meal just don't expect fine dining .Hopefully they will refresh the restaurant soon.

They serve food in dishes but you eat on paper plates & drink from plastic cups. Thai Curry is ok but you’ll wait for drink refills. Staff was ‘nice’ but not skilled. Gen Tso’s Chicken was terrible, the sauce was jelly-like as if sitting on a low-end buffet for hours and the chicken in it was like that from a frozen dinner. It was more like a microwavable Sweet & Sour Chicken TV dinner. Horrible lighting and vibe. Bad Asian music playing. Felt like it should be in a dead strip mall. Steady flow of people coming in for takeout. I guess we get used to anything or don’t know better.
