I tried Habanero tacos after passing this place quite a few times. Overall, a decent experience. I requested two orders of tacos, barbacoa and steak with rice and beans.Pros: The place looks clean and the food came out pretty quickly. The tacos were tasty and fresh.Cons: The language barrier is a huge issue. I need to brush up on my Spanish anyway but trying to order WITHOUT a menu for a first time customer resulted in paying $30 for 2 orders with two tacos. If this is normal, this is egregiously overpriced. It took longer to order than it did for my food to be prepared. I asked how many tacos come in an order and the cashier told me three, held up one finger and finally said two. Huh? I’m no mathematician but basic math isn’t hard. I also left a huge tip and they still shook the tip jar, peered at me as all three of them stared from behind the counter and had a full conversation in Spanish while making my order. Quite creepy.Since the tacos were fresh, I’ll give them another try but I really hope they get some menus printed! Make 2 menus, laminate them and tape them to the counter. Even if they don’t have prices listed, which I don’t recommend, it gives patrons the options they may be looking for.

Shocked at all the good reviews. We got 2 burritos one with carnitas and one with carne asada and the meat was so tough and gristly it was basically inedible. The salsa was not mixed well and half of the small container was just a tomato. I’m really not even picky with food but it was just bad.

Tried the place when it first opened wasn't impressed then A friend invited me to lunch so I figured I'd give it another try... got the burrito California oh yeah pleasantly surprised it was excellent even the sides were good definitely worth the five stars

Bad experience with customer service, they automatically put hot sauce on the tacos. Not a big deal, asked to have them exchanged for some with out hot sauce was told that they would only exchange one order cause they just toss it in the trash. Lady at the front was really rude. I don’t understand what was so hard about just making it right. Foods not bad but this experience could’ve been better!

I recently went here for the first time.. I was barely greeted by a young boy, maybe 13 years old, so the customer service was not what I like. If young people are going to be the first person that the customer has contact with, they need to at least act like they want to be there & be pleasant.. At one point a woman walked in from behind, but she didn't speak & she went back.. I asked him about two items that you can find at just about any other Mexican restaurant,! & he seemed like he did not know what I was asking about, or they did not have it (the white dipping sauce for chips & chimichanga). I ordered a steak burrito. They put it in a brown paper bag (no issue with that), but NO napkins.. I like the temperature of hot food to be hot. I felt the bottom of the bag & I could not feel any heat. I ate the burrito about fifteen minutes later & sure enough, it was just lukewarm! It tasted good, but they need to work on serving hot food! I will try them again.
