Came here with some of my girlfriend’s co-workers to celebrate her birthday. We did the all you can eat sushi. Sushi was about what’s to be expected at an “All you can eat”, but what really set it apart was the great service and atmosphere! For an “All You Can Eat” restaurant, I’d definitely recommend.Parking: I seriously doubt you’d ever have trouble finding parking here.

Delicious food, wide variety, excellent service, colorful decor ... we loved it! Our first visit & we will definitely return. We were very happy with the miso soup, multiple sushi & sashimi dishes, & the seaweed salad. Just ok was the shu mai (fried rather than steamed) & the sweet potato tempura (soggy). But it was still worth the price.

This is the best AYCE sushi, hands down. The rolls are all very good, interesting combinations I don't see often, but where they really shine is the basic sushi pieces. Fresh, tender, high-quality fish. Absolutely no skimping on anything to cut costs. It's not just good for AYCE, it's good, period. Best sushi I've had in a very long time.The server was a complete delight, fast service, more than fair price for what you get, heavily-themed but still beautiful decor. They should be packed every night.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be comfortable to navigate with a wheelchair. No elevations.

This was our third visit to this new restaurant. The first two trips were amazing.Apparently management has already changed.This trip was horrible. Serving sizes are now a joke. Teriyaki anything now comes with just the protein and sauce. No rice. No veggies. Nothing. The sushi rolls are smaller. The service was very intrusive. This place is absolutely no longer worth the 30 dollars per person.

The best AYCE sushi in Richmond. The food is very fresh and delicious. Been going to Sushi Masa multiple times since they have opened and always want to come back again. The service can be better improved by the waiters checking in more often and the sushi getting prepared quicker but overall it's a good hangout spot with friends.
I looked for a Sushi place in Glen Allen, and everyone I found on the web was like Chinese fast food. I found this place atmosphere was nice. My server was eccentric, to say the least. She went as far as to say that she didn't eat the food because of healthy foods. She knew the menu well. There were 2 items on the menu that were missed printed, and she was able to rattle off the ingredients. I overhead her talking to others in booths next to me. She was telling them that this roll and that rool had fake crab. I had never heard of wait staff tell a customer that, I already knew that. That's why I never get crab at a Sushi restaurant.They really didn't have any Sushi rolls that were different from other Sushi restaurants. No "signature" rolls.I would go here again, I just had a weird waitress/experience if I am in Glen Allen in the future.

Been eyeing this place since it opened. It’s absolutely beautiful on the inside with a huge pond. Food was hot and service was amazing. I would recommend the TNT, pepper tuna and chicken katsu! Must come again.

Sushi is decent but not spectacular. But service is a problem. Staff is friendly and attentive but the process is a bear. The kitchen either didn't get the electronic order or misunderstood, but took us almost over 60min to get first batch of sushi but obviously we were starving and immediately ordered second batches yet they lost track of what we ordered and again long wait and had to repeat our orders, which all came out 45min later but in multiple portions! Needless to say we felt awful for "over ordering" but even the waiter had no idea what was going on. They did not charge us for this wasteful result but it is not a well tested process. I hope it has gotten better since.Finally I have to admit the decoration is well thought out but over the top with some questionable quality materials. Sometimes simpler is better.
