Terrible service. They all don't know what they are doing. Don't communicate or know anything about customer service. I asked for 3 simple bananas splits and the lady looked so confused. She doesn't even know how to use the credit card machine. Over charged me. And didn't know how to talk and explain. They seem so lost. Not ever going here again.

Without a doubt, it is the best place I have ever visited. It gave me so much joy to see my children taste and enjoy their ice cream like never before. The superior service and the tacos are highly recommended ? Not to mention it's the best ?

They act like they don’t know English. The manager is very disrespectful and argumentative. They tried to over change me for ice cream, the employee gave me a price for $3.00 for one scoop however when I went to the register to pay for my ice cream the price had changed. She called the manager and the manager said it’s $5.00, I had to have Henrico police to be the mediator, I only paid price of 3.00 that I informed of. First time there and wasn’t satisfied with the service. Piece of advice put the price on the wall for items and there won’t be an opportunity for a language barrier. Be blessed
Oh my gosh! So many flavors! Really friendly service and they're happy to let you taste if you're on the fence. I got the butter pecan and friend got the strawberry cheesecake. Delicious!

omg this place is incredible to take your children or take your whole family I recommend it to the hundred I was delighted they have a variety of flavors of snow and a variety of desserts and delicious tacos some of the best I have tried the cleanliness of the home and the good treatment is the best

Ive been waiting for you all to open for a while now! I tried the rice pudding and ice cream. It was all very good! Next time I’ll probably try the strawberries and cream or one of the stuffed popsicles. Yum!
