Apparently patrons of this establishment don't appreciate diversity. Pulled up on this place to meet a friend with my son and girl in tow. It's empty besides the two waitresses and two dudes sitting at the bar who look surprised to see us. We sit at the bar order a few drinks and my friend arrives. We are chatting minding our business when the two patrons at the bar get up to leave. One of them on the way out proceeds to tell me that he thought this was a Latino only bar and that I was in here with a white woman and my black son. My friend, who is Latino and I went on to tell him what he could do with his thoughts among other things in English and in Spanish so he was sure to get the point. I go to establishments all around this city and never been confronted w/ racism from another brown person. If my son wasn't there it probably would have escalated. D*** d*** ended up tucking tail and leaving but needless to say we lost our appetite for any food from this place. Not the atmosphere we were looking for!

$1 taco Thursdays with tacos that are really, really tasty. Corn tortillas with cilantro/chopped onions/etc.; steak were my fave and my friends loved their carnitas (order a few, they aren't big). Solid happy hour as well.Very loud music, pool tables, friendly service for take out. I haven't dined in yet.

Only been here once so far but definitely willing to come back! The building and the interiors look sketchy, but the food was amazing! I got the carnitas and it was very delicious. Glad to have found this hole-in-the-wall place!

Looks like a dead beat place from the outside, might be a club during the night, but all the real authentic places have that same character. Definitely come in on Thursdays for $1 taco and pupusas! The pupusas are not the best but aren't bad either. But the al pastor tacos they sell for a dollar are too good to be true !!! Best dollar al pastor tacos I've tried and can't beat the quantity of meat on the taco. The crew is very kind and welcoming as well.
