“Decided to try these on a whim. The woman who works there, Chiki, is very professional and friendly. Being Puerto Rican myself, it makes me very happy to see Latino/Hispanic business owners making their way onto the scene and thriving. The pancakes were amazing, her personality was great, and she was a star in an otherwise dead mall. Will be definitely coming back to eat more pancakes. Thanks, Chiki!“
“Ok ok, here's an issue when you are a foodie and trying to eat healthy... Stop laughing because I have found an option. When out at Regency Square mall ( lower level, by the church) is a tasty solution. Honey, you can have breakfast and a snack all in one little bite and not feel guilty. I wasn't sure what to order but after a precise ordering directions, I was off and running. To view mini pancakes in a vast variety of flavors and additional toppings . I decided upon blueberry pancakes and fruit topping ( strawberries) . I'm not a whipped topping lover but it was available. Adding my ice cream... yes I said ice cream. I could not wait to get home and demolish, I mean enjoy my creation. As it hits your lips and mouth is a treat that on this side of earth we are not worthy. Just joking it's a heavenly little treat that presents itself as a present.“
