“How can this place not be among top 2 places in Short Pump? Wierd algorithms perhaps? For us, atmosphere is half of any dining experience. This place has it going on. On a chilly day, they had the open fire/fireplace going in the front dining area. Smelled and looked beautiful! The chili shrimp tostada was awesome as light happy hour starter. The wood-fired pizzas are the best around (just my opinion), particularly the spicy sausage with black pepper honey variety. Sweet with heat. Crispy edges on the pizza from the high temp oven. Love everything about this place and will return. Oh, solid craft beer options, too.“
“The MoM gets 5 stars. Got a great tutorial from Victoria of Column 15 Coffee on their wares. Tried the cold brew with a frozen coffee bomb in the middle. Heavenly! We gorged on a Hanover tomato and meatball Polpetti pocket sammich. Fresh and delicious! Will be back after 4 pm to try Auntie Ning’s Filipino food and Take and Bake options. They have not officially opened, but they are already one of my favorites in the neighborhood.“
“The vegan pizza at 8 1/2 is so unique and I absolutely love it. The dough is both soft and crunchy, the broccolini is chopped up making each slice easy to bite into and there's even a little kick! I usually call in for pick up and they make the food quickly. The shop itself is super cute and has a bunch of authentic Italian products for sale!“
“What an amazing find! I’ve been looking for a good place to find traditional sushi. The staff is amazing, they are always thrilled to see us dine in. Every experience I’ve had they’ve never disappointed. When dining in the tea they serve always rejuvenates me, the cucumber salad is so refreshing. The sushi itself is the best I’ve had in VIRGINIA. I suggest going any chance you get.Dietary restrictions: They have tons of options for vegetarian meals.Parking: Great parking!“
