Shout out to Kay, a host, for making this a surprising lovely dinner for one. She gave me a four top near the window and mentioned how she likes to dine here solo sometimes too.Also, received excellent service from Connor and the food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious.Highly recommend.
My family and i visited Melting Pot and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had the S'mores Fondue for dessert, chocolate lover here! So delicious i did not want to share. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! Our party of 19 total, were COMPLETELY satisfied.

Great place for special occasions. Food in exceptional. However note that the portions are too big for the average person. I would love to see an option for a "small plate" type of the main course (meat/seafood). Current portions make it hard to save room for dessert.

I had put on our reservation that we were coming to take advantage of the $29 off for leap day special. Told server too. Ordered and she never said that this wasnt part of the deal so when the bill came for full amount i asked why $29 wasnt taken off and she went and asked and came back with what we got want part of it. Very displeased! We come here A LOT but will be finding new place to go on dates now. Also got charged for two sweet teas and we are never charged for those plus she wasnt good about keeping them full nor bringing items when we asked and had to ask again and would bring wrong thing. Ran out of sauces and asked for those too. Food was good but we will unfortunately not be back again. Sad bc this was my fav place to come! We wouldve thought management would have deducted the $29 and drinks but didnt even come to table. ?

I booked for my anniversary, I got a recommendation from some friends. They did not disappoint! It's was my bf an I first time goin an surely won't be the last. Not a single complaint. The food was lovely an our server was amazing! He walked us threw everything, very detailed an patient with us. Matthew was a delight. I will warn though definitely come on an empty stomach and with a ride home. Neither of us wanted to drive

There was a group of 13 year olds in the section next to us. It was very hard to enjoy my birthday dinner with them screaming the whole. They should have been in a room by themselves and not disrupting all the other guests get were trying to have a nice celebration dinner.
It was new experience for us and we enjoyed it. Service was great but we didn't know you woild be cooking your own food. It was still a good experience. We did have a party that was very loud behind us but overall a good experience.
They were short staffed and didn't tell us till we already ordered. Terribly slow service. Didn't want to spend 2h50m here. I do want to mention this is a rare miss for this restaurant. Normally the experience is really good. This one bad experience won't stop me from coming again.

Our server was amazing! She made some great recommendations for food and adult beverages. We really enjoyed the meal. The only negative was the hostess stand. We waited a little while to be seated as she seemed a little disorganized. However, we will definitely go again.
It was lovely, lot of very good food. just a head up, it does take about 2 hrs & 30 mins to eat here, so if that's not for you. i don't recommend, but it is truly lovely and very very very good food so it definitely worth the 2-3 hrs!
I have always loved The Melting Pot but I do not plan on returning after this visit. We were not notified that there was a $90 per person pre fixe menu for Valentines Day until after ordering drinks and were halfway through the ordering process. I even received a phone call confirmation with no mention of this because I would have rescheduled to another day. I do not eat meat and was forced to order an entire meat entree for $90. The lack of communication for this menu and no substitutions was an awful customer experience. All we wanted was cheese and chocolate because fondue is our family's valentines tradition every year, but $280 for 2 adults and a 4 year old isn't feasible. We will not be coming back or recommending this experience to anyone.
