I ordered a hashbrown bowl and the hashbrowns were cooked so hard I couldnt eat all of food tried to call back but couldn't get through .I've eaten there before and had no problems.Ordered online and forgot to leave a tip I usually do but don't know if that had anything to do with the way my food was prepared I'm very dissapointed probally won't go to this one anymoe

Tried to dine at this waffle house believing that this establishment was 24hrs to find both doors locked, with diners inside and employees working. Waited to see if an employee would come to the door to explain any reason as to the locked door, but to no avail. Webpage suggests 24hrs, not signage posted so, can't say I'd recommend the Williamsburg Rd location for any reason.

Ordered online and came in at the time it said the order will be completed.. waited in the lobby exactly one hour when I arrived there because my food wasn’t ready.. then once I got my food.. stuff was missing from my meal that I was charged for.. I’m not going back in to get it fixed because it’ll take longer… I wish I didn’t pay and tip online before I came because I would have gave no tip at all… overall bad service…

This Waffle House isthe absolute best location on Williamsburg Road. The manager is excellent and ensures service. They have a great team. They have the best eggs with cheese. Love the taste of their sausage.
Restaurant was three quarters full but found a couple of open seats at the bar. I was told they are not taking anymore orders so I couldn't eat there. 6:40 AM. Smelled good but I will have to try somewhere else.

Believe we had a trainee server so the service was lacking but the waffles and coffee were awesome.
Not open to public 24 hours a day. Closed at 3am to public getting food. If this is a thing they do in Richmond they don't close to public in any other area in Virginia.

This was my first time in Virginia and I saw so many waffle houses during our drive so I had to check it out! I ordered hash browns, chocolate waffles, and coffee and the total was only $10.00. For the price you pay, the food was amazing. The inside looked like a diner and the staff was very accommodating to our large group. I want to go back!!

Waited 10 minutes in line and had to ask someone to take my order. I placed an order for the Allstar meal, got home, and my bacon was missing. Tried to call several times, and no one would answer the phone.
