Worse customer service ever The lady as the cashier with glasses has a really bad Attitude charged 20 dollars for 2 orders and one soda extremely rude threw the card at me. What kind of customer service does this restaurant have? I went back to order one more order payed with my card and once again she threw it at me in front of everyone.

Yuck! Shrimp in combo fried rice not cleaned. P*** left in the tails. Rice was barely fried and oily. Gave it a 2 cause I was at least able to eat the beef & chicken.
I've been eating here at this location for over 25 years and the customer service and food is definitely getting terrible... very good food when done right... even after my friend finding a roach in her bag a couple years ago I continued to give them my business. ***NO MORE*** will I go to this location after having under cook French fries today. After I bit into the fry that wasn't cooked, I went back inside to have the fries cooked longer. She asked for the old ones.... This is what I received back, they refried the fries I bit into in the same oil they fried everyone else food in.... NASTY

Recently moved to Reston and ordered from the Herndon location off sunrise valley dr. I ordered shrimp and broccoli and shrimp fried rice.The porrions were definitely smaller than the Fairfax location, but The shrimp in both was soft and mushy and had a faint chemical taste . I called to ask why i was given rotten or tainted shrimp amd the manager tells me nobody else complained. Not that it was a mistake or that she will check. I told her they prob just threw it away and not come back like my friend threw hers away but i wasnt bout to waste my money. Id also like to know that if i needed or wanted to order from there again it wouldnt be the same nasty rotten mushy shrimp.She tells me maybe it was overcooked.. WHAAATT??? Shrimp gets harder and tougher when over cooked. Mushy when rotten lady! She couldnt dispute that so offered to redo it but said thats how their shrimp is so i said no to that.. Why would i want more of the same.. and requested a refund. She told me she would refund the shrimp n broccoli but not the shrimp fried rice... Huh??? Didnt they both have shrimp!?? ..
