This lady is so rude I wish I know her name but she’s so rude for no reason.i was trying so scan my points but it didn’t went thru snd she says it’s not my fault come and see the screen (computer or whatever) you already scam it like 3 times she said and I was like I’m scanning my chipotle app to get more points and I did one time . But whatever she was crying over $1 tortilla just bc I was trying to use my points like that’s why chipotle has an app for a reason.

Terrible location . I don’t know if chipotle franchise but that’s what this seems. They close at 11 but if you walk in at 10 all the store is tore apart. Loud music nothing like the chipotle restaurant normally plays. Water everywhere in the soda stations. No forks put out . You have to ask the cashier. Just very unprofessional location over all that’s hurting the brand

The food was better years ago. This day I bought a Bowl burrito with guacamole, and the guacamole had very large pieces of onion and the very dirty lettuce was too noticeable, not healthy. They are really preparing the food badly, I won't buy more.
