Great customer service! And good food! Lost my costly Jacket but found it back with no issues from Restaurant customer associates.
I have visited this place many times and have tried their Onion samosa,Irani chai,plum cake,Dil pasand.All items are either a hit or miss,and they lack consistency.Over the past year I have noticed that their Irani chai is loosing its unique taste as they have been adding a lot of condensed milk and now it tastes more like tea flavoured condensed milk rather than Irani chai. The onion samosas are very oily (probably refried).Because of their deteriorating quality I'm not visiting this place as often as I used to.

I don't know what people expect when they go to a casual snacks place like this. My 4 star is based on two things, one is very very good customer service and really nice and helpful folks. And the second thing is their snacks, I really like their Indian snacks items. Specially chicken puff and onion samosa, and their chai, I could literally have them every evening as snacks. I have also tried their chicken burger, pretty good and has a desi flavor to it. Overall, a good option for desi snacks and quick bites and really good chai.

Ordered Veggie Burger and got a PATTY LESS BURGER. They just filled it with peas and packets of mixed veggies. Never had anything like this before. Also, most of the food is warmed in microwave which doesn’t taste right. Probably try something else.

Great for Bakery Product but not for Indo Chinese. There are multiple options in the area for indo Chinese, avoid Madras Chopsticks and also avoid Country Oven. If you want good Indian Chinese then go to "Inchin Bamboo Garden" you will not regret. The food was over spicy and had no other taste. This place has awesome cakes and pastries.

Had a very unpleasant experience today. Most of the ladies at the billing counter were sick. Sneezing, Coughing with their bare hands, Wiping their nose and touching the food without washing, which was so disgusting. They were not even realizing what they were doing. Had to run out of this place without eating anything properly. Hoping that someone from this place will read this and will correct this going forward.
The food here is amazing, it tastes just like a wow, must try Chai, Biryani's and chat items but don't miss the cool cakes especially the Butterscotch. The staff( front desk) people are crazy, I was wondering how do they handle the Rushhh mostly in the evenings. Great work guys!!!. Another appreciation >>>>Dubai Seenu the way he greets people just like a Grandpa was so sweet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, They might throw tea at you if you dont have cash and they treat customers like BEGGERS.I am regular at this place, i spend atleast 100$ a month, take all my frnds and spend some good time sitting and chit chatting. Today i forgot my wallet and ordered tea and asked him if i could pay with card, he unpleasently agreed without even looking at me, just threw the tea at me and it spilled all over the cup. he did not even acknowledge that and asking for the next person. I then realized he did it purposefully and threw the tea in the trash.

I had the pleasure of dining at Country Owen and I must say, it was a truly fantastic experience.The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy. The seating was comfortable.Now, let's talk about the food.One of the standout dishes for me was the Chicken 65 Biryani which was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked.The service at Food Hotel was impeccable. The staff was attentive.Lastly, I would like to mention the value for money . Considering the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the overall experience, the prices were reasonable and well worth it.

I just want to bring up my experience at this place, and it was so unhappy. Last week me and my friend visited for chai and the girl at the front desk with specs wanted cash for my purchase. At that time I didn't have any cash on me and I left the place empty handed. This experience made me feel so bad. I think I am not the only one who faced this issue at this place, I have seen a few reviews that are addressing the same problem. I wouldn’t have post this review if that wasn’t my first visit to this place, since it was my first visit I had to post this because I felt it was disrespectful to me.My only suggestion to the management and the staff please put a sign that you take only cash for chai. Thanks a bunch for everything.
