For a fast food restaurant, definitely five stars on the food and service. I typically order with the app, walk into to the restaurant, and my food is ready within a minute or two. The girls up front are nice and attentive to your presence. It's a weird sentence to write but in this day and age of the cell phone, it's a commendable action at work.

I absolutely love Firehouse Subs in Herndon! The service is always top-notch, and the subs are consistently delicious. I appreciate the fresh ingredients and the fact that they steam their subs, which adds a unique touch. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for a tasty and satisfying meal.

Had hair in my sandwich, called to let the manager know and requested if she could promote hairnets in her establishment. Her response was that I should know that these sorts of things are a common occurrence in establishments like Firehouse subs. Utterly disappointed in her nonchalant behavior, wasn't looking to get my money or a replacement sandwich.

Ordered a sub an hour before they closed. Came in a couple minutes before closing to pick up my sub and employee had locked the front door already and tried telling me my order was not received. I could see my order on the shelf. Luckily a different employee (manager maybe?) went and gave me my sub. Sorry you werent able to steal my Dinner I guess?

So many options to choose from and their gluten free bread is amazing! Great customer service, they forget to warm my sandwich sometimes but I’ll still eat it or warm it myself. ? Wish they’d wipe the tables down more often but still recommend a visit to this location!

This place is horrible! I place a delivery on the website. I called After I received a email saying that it was a pick up, not an delivery like the website says that they do deliveries. False advertisement! I asked for a refund. The little girl that answered, the phone said to go online to hit the "CANCEL BUTTON". I asked for the manager or the assistant manager. Both were off today. I thought the weekends were the busiest times for restaurant. I thought they should at least have one authority leader there if not, both. Totally unacceptable! I will never eat there again in person or make a delivery Which I was told that they don't now, even though that the website says that they do. This level of incompetence is ridiculous. The website says that they deliver. I'm still amazed that this young lady that answered the phone, said to go on the website and hit the cancel button. This is what happens when teenagers won the restaurant and there's no supervision. And the person that I am in charge of that place please just give me my refund back. If you want to be generous, add additional $10 of my refund. Please don't write an apology response down by my comment, just give me my refund me my money on my credit card!!!!Update: I had to explain the supervisor/assistant supervisor that regardless, if it does say on the Google app which it does say, by the way, that you guys do deliver, then that is a moot point. She keeps kept telling me that we don't deliver we don't deliver with just a little bit of attitude, Like I was in the wrong for asking for my money back. I should be able to cancel my order anytime I feel like it and should receive my money back on my card whenever I cancel on the same day, I truly believe that y'all need to teach your cashiers. How to get a refund because all restaurants seem to know how to do that and not say go back to the to the website and hit the cancel button like I was told at your restaurant. I did get my refund, but it should've been difficult. Never will I go to fire house subs in Herndon, Virginia again! Oh yeah, one last thing, I never even received an apology from this authority figure at this restaurant. Bad service from the top on down.
