So i'm from out of town and this is my second time visiting them since there isn't any around where im at in maryland. Starting out the food is 8/10. i got the chicken egg rolls and those are always amazing. i got the kansas city burger, and wow was it big and juicy! the salted caramel cake was very nice ending to my night. And for the bad, service here sucks! i mean everyone was super nice but took forever for me to get the attention of a server to find my server. after waiting 10 minutes i finally asked the hostess for sauce for my burger even though i asked for it while ordering the burger. i was also served by 2 managers and my server and the hostess in the whole time being here and they were slow for a normal restaurant. i was told that the server was doing another job as well as his so he was stuck somewhere else. Just i rather write another review when i come back in a few months and hopefully the service is better. this location is great and it's so nice inside! they should pull more customers than what ive seen. last bad thing was i ordered a peach ice tea and it was extremely unsweetened and didn't taste anywhere near peach. kinda bummed me out but i figured the peach would sweeten it up a little. To wrap this up, i will be back because the food is good but i wish they would work on service!

It’s a decent and easy meal especially if you are staying at the Crowne Plaza. It’s usually my go to easy stay/meal when I am in town for work. I’m usually at the bar and the service is good.

I've been going to this Houlihans for many years since my workplace is nearby. Its attached to a hotel and has always been well maintained and clean. Big benefit I think. Food has always been excellent and the wait staff very friendly and attentive. They also have a great bar area for happy hours which I've done with my friends and work associates many times over the years. ????Parking: Parking isn't a problem most nights, but there have been a handful of times when I had to park around the corner because it was full. They share parking with the hotel, obviously, so when there are hotel events or big HH nights Houlihans front parking lot fills up. There is additional parking but its around the other side of the restaurant. It's only a few extra meters so not that big of a hassle.

Very very very disappointed with the level of service. It was extremely displeasing to the point that we paid for the drinks we ordered and we left. It took over 10 mins to get our drinks and we were the only ones in the restaurant. They bought our toddler a sippy cup with no top. It was no wonder this place was empty. Needless to say we will not be back.
Great place for HH. Good food and drink selections on the HH menu.

Hands down, worst dinner I've had in a long time. There was a hair in my cloth napkin. 15 minutes after I ordered (only 2 in the place), I got my meal. There was a hair in my French fries. The chicken sandwich was really just chicken. Yeah, huge piece of chicken but really small slice of cheese. The "lettuce" wasn't. It was a pile of greens. Don't advertise lettuce if it's not going to be. If I wanted straight chicken, I'd order it. A chicken sandwich should have multiple tastes: chicken, tomato, cheese, bread. This didn't. Mostly chicken and a bit of bread.The straw was paper. Congrats, you're helping to decimate the rain forest. All around, not a positive experience at all.

My mother and I went to Houlihan's and the servers were kind enough to help me with my Spanish. I left my Visa Debit Card with NWFCU and called Houlihan's to ask whether I left my NWFCU debit card. I went to Houlihan's to get my NWFCU Visa Debit Card and the server immediately found it.
