We got the Mac and cheese and 2 other things it was pretty good. Couldve had more cheese in the Mac and cheese but pretty good. I was pretty surprised max and cheese can taste that good! Eat here if you don't got nowhere else to go. It's pretty good

Food when ready when it said it would be. I too had the confusion about a month ago about how this virtual kitchen worked but I decided to actually go through it this time. The food was good, fresh, and looked exactly like the picture. I would get this again.

Every time I order from here, the order is wrong or missing something or has extra ingredients I can’t eat. I ordered their basic Mac and cheese that comes with no pork because I CAN NOT eat pork. Makes me sick and I have an allergy. Multiple time now the food comes with pork all over it and I can not eat it. Nor am I able to get my money back. So annoyed. I wish it was better

I just visited Mac and Stacks, excited for some late night comfort junk food. The menu looked phenomenal, totally worth the high cost of each dish. I decided to start with the basic Mac and cheese, assuming that it would be the started of a long term, late-night relationship that would sabotage my waist line for many future nights. My first sign of trouble was when the GPS routed me to Bar Louie, instead of a separate restaurant. But, remaining unjudmental, I carried forward. I even waited 10 minutes for someone to get a chance to help me, an action that consisted of merely handing me food that I had already paid for. Finally the moment of truth was at hand. I opened the box (that was smaller than I expected), to find macaroni and cheese that did not appear to be soaked in cheese. After trying it, the taste was TERRIBLE. There was very little cheese added to the macaroni. The cheese seemed to only be on the top layer of the macaroni. And even that was not much. Mac and cheese is EASY. This was closer to butter noodles than mac and cheese. Avoid it.

I saw this place on a "near me" Yelp search and was intrigued. I couldn't find it and went into Bar Louie in Herndon because I was in the parking lot. It turns out Macs & Stacks is some sort of virtual concept run out of Bar Louie! Why didn't they say so and avoid sending me on a wild goose chase? In any case, I ordered the Piggyback Stack sandwich with the loaded tater tot's. It was DELICIOUS! The bbq pork was tender and tasty. The onion strings were crisp. The bacon jam was amazing and balanced perfectly with the fresh, crisp pickle slices which had to be home made! The service was timely and the waiter was super nice! I've been to Bar Louie once yrs ago and was not impressed. Now, I can't wait to go back and try something else! (Have I used enough exclamation points?) I'm not giving 5 stars because I found the booth somewhat uncomfortable and the ambiance kind of dark and ominous. The place needs a make over.

Poor service waited more than 10 minutes at the bar on a Sunday at at 2:45. Server then poured our beer and left them under their tap and walked way for several more minutes. Poor , poor service!!!!!!

Turns out this is a virtual kitchen based out of Bar Louie and it did not disappoint. I orders the Piggy Back stack and it was delicious. The pulled pork was so tender and the onion crisps were crispy and delicious. The bbq suave wasn't too sweet. A nice touch was crusted cheese on the bread. It was delicious and I'd recommend trying it out.

Ordered for delivery, wound up waiting over an hour only to have the order canceled. No where else to order any decent food after 11pm and this place was usually great. But the last few times I've ordered, especially for delivery, I have been greatly disappointed. But this was the icing on the cake, I had a very small order and had placed it well before close. Now I'm stuck with having to choose between convenience store food or McDonald's. Never again am I going to place my trust in a place that doesn't even answer the phone half the time you call. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Honestly just disgraceful and I will make sure none of my friends or family wastes their time ordering from here.

This place is amazing. It has good parking. Perfect spot to meet friends, have team lunches, etc etc Their Happy Hour is really good. Average prices and good deals. Drinks options are good. I liked the atmosphere . Will surely visit again.
