Food was good but very limited menu options. Drinks were quite overpriced ($15 for a pour of whiskey? )

Enjoyed the tasty food and chic ambiance here on a Sunday night. The service was pretty good and courteous. The prices are reasonable. I tried the Adraki Lamb Chops, Curd Rice, Date-Banana Lassi.I'll come back to try more dishes.

If you walk into a famous restaurant, you tend to like the food anyway! If you walk into a restautant that is not at a very upmarket location, you expect it to be an average restaurant too. But, this restaurant is a hidden gem! At the first look at the menu, it appears that items have been given fancy names to fetch higher prices. But when you eat the food, you will find that it is a class apart! You get a dining experience. The staff is courteous, and friendly. The tables are far apart enough to give you privacy. They have a good selection of non-veg items (but I am a vegatarian). Among vegetarian items, you don't find the usual permutations of limited items - the dishes are unique! The dishes are served just at the right temparature. The gravey is so well made that it tastes homegenous- you can't tell spices separately. The serving size is enough for one person. We tried a couple of paneer dishes - they use homemade paneer, and it just melts in the mouth!Just like other places where it is hard to find entrees without onion-garlic, the chef made Paneer butter-masala for me. Because this is what I usually get wherever I go, I can say that it was the best I have eaten anywhere! The food is worth every dollar you spend. I think they will become the best restaurant in the subarban DC.Vegetarian options: There are a few Panner items, dal fry but not usual permuatations of paneer, gobi, matar, and aloo! Very well made and served.

We found Mirch Dhamaka while searching for an Indian restaurant to have dinner last Thanks Giving and it was a wonderful experience. We have been there many times since then and the food, the flavor, hospitality and service have never disappointed us. They offer authentic Andhra(South India) cuisine, their spices are made in-house and very flavorful. The owner is very professional, friendly and courteous, he will also help you customize the spice level and flavor if you don’t want the food to be spicy. We highly recommend Mirch Dhamaka to any one looking for an authentic Indian restaurant.

Fantastic butter chicken / chicken tikka masala. Our family always tries CTM at every new Indian restaurant and this is one of the best if not the best I've ever had. Bhuna gosht was also amazing; savory and bursting with flavor.Service was friendly and attentively without being intrusive. Will definitely be back.

Very delicious Indian cuisine with authentic taste. Service is not the best. But it’s worth it for the tasty food. Butter chicken and the chilli chicken are my favorite ones.

Have eaten here several times and have been very impressed with the quality of the dishes. The establishment is picking up pace and it is a great addition to the area. Far exceeds other Indian options.
