It seems like they keep raising the price. A few months ago, A small bowl was $13 something but this time when I revisited this place, the price went up again. My veggie pho came out with LESS veggies and more noodles in a kids size of bowl. It was not worthy to pay for $14 this time. I would not come back to this place!

Great place, kids loved the soups. They put nice portions of meat in it.

The banh mi is my favorite. The menu has a limited number of items, but we have liked everything we have tried over the past year or so. Love this place.

Absolutely delicious pho! Huge portion, rich, flavorful broth, with generous amounts of basil, jalapenos, and bean sprouts. Highly recommend.

Their food is impeccably delicious. However, the employees are not friendly and do not take good care of the customers. So it's a little disappointing. If they care about customer satisfaction, it will definitely be the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area.

Entering the restaurant first, we found it clean and appealing, but disappointment struck as no one greeted us, and there were no signs or a designated waiting area. Standing by takeout, we hoped for acknowledgment. Another couple arrived a minute later, and after 2-3 minutes, the waitress emerged from the kitchen, holding a bowl, while eating with food in her mouth. Mistakenly assuming us as a group of four, she directed us to sit anywhere, later realizing the two couples were separate. Oddly, she served water to the other couple first, despite our earlier arrival, and attended to them before us when we were ready to order. Regarding the food, the Spring rolls seemed dried, indicating they had been sitting out for a while. My Pho, with various ingredients, disappointingly turned out bland. While dining, I observed the waitress going back to eating, touching her hair, and phone, unsure if she cleaned her hands. During checkout, after getting her attention, she directed us to the takeout for billing, missing the opportunity to mention it when we ordered. Her poor service nearly led me to leave the restaurant, but I decided to give it a try due to the high rating. Overall, I struggle to comprehend the high rating. A 4.5 implies exceptional and a must-try, but my rating is a 2 due to the service and food. While the food quantity was generous, the taste and quality were lacking. The place needs clear signs for customer guidance. On a positive note, another gentleman on staff was attentive and pleasant, emphasizing the need for improvement in the waitress's service, as echoed in other reviews.

This is our go-to Vietnamese place. Food is always good and delicious. The servings for the grilled rice played are ginormous -- you can easily share an order. Service is fabulous! Friendly most of the time and efficient all the time. Comfortable and clean. The only downside ( not their fault) is sometimes you can smell the tobacco/ cigarette smoke scent from the cigar store right next to the restaurant. Good food, great value.

I rarely give 5 stars unless the service and food is truly exceptionally. There are many Vietnamese restaurants in the DMV area and for the most part, the dishes can be quite similar. What makes this place stand out is the quality of the food along with the generous portions. This rare combination along with speedy service with a smile is what distinguishes it from its competitors. The best part is this establishment saves a trip to the stress of parking always associated with Eden Center. If you go here, you won't be disappointed unless you don't like Vietnamese food in which case my condolences!

I have been to this place during busy hours and they do amazing with just a few servers and managing many tables. However, I also went on off hours, and it is a little bit slower, including with the service which is counterintuitive. One thing that's awesome about this place is it's kind of also a coffee shop where they can give you Wi-Fi and you can just have tea or coffee and work from there for lunch meetings.

Pho tai (delivery by Door Dash) was just wonderful, and it arrived steaming hot and so well packed. I needed it as I came down with Covid - but WOW, this is my new fav pho!

This is currently our go to place for Vietnamese food. Conveniently located inside the Franklin Farm shopping center, their food has hit the quality and quantity mark for us. The portion sizes are great. If the food tastes good, and I can feed my family during such times for less, it's a win win in my book. My favorite item on their menu is the banh xeo - crispy crepe filled with pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts, wrapped in lettuce and dipped in their fish sauce vinaigrette. They use pork belly here and that extra fattiness adds good flavor. They've taken the shrimp shells off lately which my husband appreciates. I personally like this dish with or without the shells. The crepe was somewhat soggy once (perhaps it was an off day) but otherwise, this dish is usually pretty good here. Our kids order their pho was brisket, tripe, and meatballs and it's all smiles with full bellies. The broth is good, the meat is good, and no complaints. My husband gets their banh beo - savory steamed rice cakes. Not the best version of this dish but still good and this place is a lot closer to home for us compare to Eden Center. Service is good. It's not over the top but they do provide good service. I'm pretty sure they remember us since we come so often.

We ordered Pho (large size bowl) and a grill pork banh mi sandwich. First impression: quality and quantity of the dishes are both great. The ingredients are nice and fresh. The amount of food is also plentiful. The pho broth is hardy with a great flavor of umami and savoriness. The cinnamon in the broth is not overwhelming at all. The brother is more cloudier than other pho places but does not take away from the taste. You really don't need the additional hoisin sauce as it is plenty salty. The banh mi is really two sandwiches. The grilled pork is nice and tender with the right amount of seasoning. The richness of the pork is balanced with the bright brininess of daikon and carrot mixture. Overall, both pho and the sandwiches were very enjoyable. I wish I could say the same about the service. One server's attitude and responses to our inquiries clearly shows that she has no desire to be there. She hardly checked on us. Constantly on her phone and her answers were mumbled and short when we reached out. The service definitely was less desired.

We have been coming here with my family for the past 3 years! Food is great we love everything on the menu. But lately the service has been poor. server Bi P has been very rude doesn’t get the order right and never checks on the table after the food is deliver. Rude and walks away when trying to get her attention.
