Second time leaving a review here. Last time I was told to contact Pizza Hut through email and NEVER received a response back! First time I experienced an extremely racist experience between the workers at this location and this time my food was made incorrectly. Receipt clearly shows what I had ordered, but received a completely different thing. I was told to contact them through the email and never received a response so do not expect anything better!

I'm disappointed with Pizza Hut delivery. The pizza they brought was completely burnt, ruining the entire meal. The quality fell far below expectations, and it was a letdown for a brand known for its pizza. Just look at the picture.

First time coming to Pizza Hut off Elden Street in Herndon. My first impression was okay, but I'm concerned about how my order was slightly off. I ordered the Big Dinner Box, and for $30+ dollars, I expected it to be just right. The problem was that the success I requested wasn't right. This brings to question the attention to detail. I know some will say it's not a big deal, but it was for the people who were going to dine in this Big Dinner Box. The store was busy, so I'll take that into consideration; however, there were plenty of associates that could ensure the order was correct. Anyway, the pizza was heavy on saltiness and slightly overcooked. Again, maybe it was an off day. I will say that it was ready earlier than I expected.Parking: It will not be ready to get parking during the rush.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is going to be difficult, too, because there is no space for a wheelchair at the front door.

Website trash, can’t even order easily. Tried calling and they have call support taking the calls that don’t even work at the store. The lady sold me on a special deal and said the price was $10 and when I go get the pizza they say it’s $20. The manger wasn’t being understanding either but he did give a whopping $1 off, gee thanks. Rude service, need a user friendly app, can’t even log into my rewards. And prices are too high for small portion pizzas.

Pizza was really dry, can recall if this is just how Pizza Hut pizza is or if this place stinks.That said , service was really quick.
Just placed 3 carry out order for 3 hungry flight attendants and the tall gentleman in the football jersey was great! Such a great personality even though it was getting close to closing! Thanks a lot!

I should have read the reviews. This place is poorly managed. The cashier was opening each pizza at least 10 times to see what kind it was as I waited 25 min for my pick up order. A simple marker or sticker to indicate what kind of pizza it is would help them immensely. The same person at the cashier should not be handling every fricken pizza each time to see what kind it is. Isn't Pizza Hut a corporation? Do companies provide any training anymore? I give it to the guys in the back. The pizzas were made and still taste alright despite being cold by the time I got it (via pickup).

WORST experience I have ever had at this location. I paid for an extra marinara sauce and did not get it. While being inside waiting for my order I witnessed a black employee getting treated extremely poorly for him doing his job. Another employee was talking to him as if he was less than everyone else for printing out the online orders as he was supposed to. The manager stood there and did not say anything while he was spoken to like that! No person should be spoken to the way he was and it was completely hostile!

Caveats to one star:1: I love Pizza Hut pizza. I love their breadsticks.2: pickup is different as you can check your order before you leave.Do NOT order delivery as they have yet to deliver my entire order in one go. This last time I didn't even get my 2 liter or extra sauces, despite calling back to complain.In short, I'll order again but you can be sure I'll be picking up and triple checking my order before I leave.
