To be honest, I am not a fan of them, very occasionally, I go to get a sandwich from Potbelly.For this specific store, was clean, and service was fast ( considering they had several online orders and prepared my food simultaneously with those online orders), so overall nothing was wrong; However,Nothing is great either.Everything was average.Still, I'd prefer Subway, a bit cheaper, has more options, and is tastier.

I walked in, and it wasn’t busy at all. No customers, and the workers were sat down with nothing to do. I tell the manager that I’d like to order “A !!!COFFEE!!! SHAKE MIXED WITH OREO.” The guy somehow ended up serving me an oreo shake with no coffee. Normally it wouldn’t have bothered me as much, but the only reason I’d went in to buy a shake at all was primarily for the coffee (hence why I specifically said COFFEEEEE shake.) I simply wanted some Oreo along with it. Not my first bad experience with this Potbelly.

Despite me unknowingly walking in mere minutes before they closed, the staff was very welcoming and the food very fresh.Unfortunately they had the all too common requested tip at checkout, but other than that it was a very good experience.

Very good place and a lot of good food. the sandwiches were amazing and the customer service were really nice and the place is very clean but the only reason i gave a 4 star was for the lack of vegetarian options in subs but the soups were good but overall an amazing place.Parking: In front of the store there were about 20-30 parking spots and it is easy to find one.

The food we ordered was delicious and the presentation was good. We didn't get thrown together sandwiches as some places have done. We would have given 5 stars if the subs were a bit bigger (even if it was just a few dollars more). Definitely worthwhile ordering food from here.
I ordered an Avo Turkey sandwich, which is supposed to come with turkey, avocado, and cucumber. I added pickles, mayonnaise, and provolone to the order. I recieved a sandwich with only turkey, pickles, and mayonnaise. No avocado or cucumber, which comes with the Avo Turkey sandwich. No cheese. 3/6 ingredients that I asked for, 2/3 ingredients are supposed to come with the sandwich. Not impressed.
