UPDATE: Been having pleasant encounters with the staff. They’re attentive, quick and friendly. Five star to the lady taking order at drive-thru, she enjoy doing her job and her energy spread to customer in which what we need besides good coffee each morning. Mistake of drinks/ orders were decreasing significantly and often address quickly with good attitude of the staff.Countless mistake they make here everytime I made orders. For example, ordered large and got small.

The girl with the pins in her hat made my day. She was super friendly and nice and when I went to the drive thru she made me laugh with how upbeat and friendly she was. Each time I’ve been there everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Besides service, the inside is clean and the lavender matcha drink I got was tasty.

This location is all about customer service! Yorka At the window was so amazing and helpful. Every time I have came here she has been excellent at delivering the best experience! The rest of the staff is also excellent and very very helpful At other locations, my drink is always hit or miss but this location seems to get it right every single time. My preferred location!

I have been coming to this location for past 6 years since I live in the area, some of the new employees need to be patient and not show attitude. People want exactly what they pay for. I didn’t had a good experience today with one of the drive through employeesShe slammed the window when drink wasn’t right and the way she handed over the second drink almost fell on my lap. Had to go back inside the store and lily took care of everything as always.You go lily ✌️

I ordered a hot chai tea latte and an everything bagel. The chai tea latte was ice cold immediately and the bagel was the worst I've ever had in my life. It was mushy and dense, not at all what a bagel should taste like. I couldn't finish the drink or the bagel because of how bad they tasted. Huge waste of money.

I recently ordered a medium cappuccino from Starbucks, but to my surprise, it was completely empty! I noticed the issue as soon as I picked it up and, unfortunately, had to open it to confirm my suspicion. (See attached picture for evidence.)Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed. This isn't just about the inconvenience of receiving the wrong drink – it's about the lack of basic attention to detail and quality control. Especially at a premium coffee chain like Starbucks, such mistakes are unacceptable.In my opinion, this kind of experience doesn't warrant paying full price, let alone leaving a tip. I hope Starbucks takes this seriously and implements measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
