Due to their recent change in staff and management, the portion size, quality and quantity is top notch. They were courteous enough to provide me sriracha sauce on side during my meal. This explains how important customers are for them, I am highly impressed.

Came out from the Dulles International Airport. Wanted a quick dinner on our way to hotel. Made a mobile order for two subs. The store located in the Worldgate Centre. The parking was easy. There were many indoor seatings and three tables outside. Our subs were not on the PickUp shelves, but at the checkout. Two steak-and-cheese were warm and well prepared as expected.

I told the lady no sauces... and she continues to grab a dirty knife, full of what looked like mayo and sauce... wipe it off INSIDE my sandwitch, and cut it in half.. When I complained about it, she didn't care and continued to wrap my sandwitch. Total incompetence.

I got two foot longs and I asked the sandwich maker to put hot sauce in one half and none in the other half but she charged me $4 for it. I did not look at the receipt because I had to pick up my kids from school and I was in a rush and after I got Home I saw it. After that I tried calling them but they picked up the phone and after I told them what happened they said that they don’t know and hung up and I tried calling them 7-8 times.

July 22, 2023 @ approx 12:30pm -Employee literally skipped over us in the line and when we called her out on it she started acting like she didn’t know any English. Her and her co-worker could not for the life of them understand why this would be frustrating and teetering on low-key discrimination. Of course I get people make mistakes, but just say sorry and help us with our order then! Easy fix. Instead, she chose to try to manipulate and gaslight the situation. Such a bizarre interaction!This Subway location has employed passive aggressive and unhelpful individuals since at least 2019. Half the time I go there there are some kinds of issues like this. The General Manager and District Manager should be held accountable for these training issues.

I used to frequent this location when I worked directly across the street with no issues. I decided to stop at this location due to the extended hours. Upon entry, it was apparent that there was no air circulating but I stood in line against my better judgement. There were 2 staff members working and sweating profusely. I ordered a foot long turkey on wheat. The veggies appeared fresh and the staff worked quickly. I felt obligated to leave a tip since they we're working with no air. I left with the sandwich and a coke, the fresh air was welcomed when I stepped outside! I got home, showered and pajamas in tow, ready to perch up and watch a late night movie! Had my snacks, chips, sandwich and coke. Took one bite of the sandwich and it didn't taste right, took another bite to be sure, took a swig of coke to wash it down, it was awful! I couldn't finish the sandwich, the bread tasted old and everything was off including the seasonings! My late night snack was ruined! Never again! Luckily I had a few remnants of my Coastal Flats meal that saved my taste buds! From now on, I'll stick to my main subway location in South Riding! To the management of this place, your staff does not deserve to work in heat on summer days! The quality of the ingredients are less than sub par and taste horrible. Do better!

Staff was in some other zone not giving proper response. Also there is no veggies and I am a vegetarian so my bread has just onion and bit cucumbers ?

I call and try to get a status of an order. Isabel answers and says “Hello?” I asked if it was subway and she says yes and asked if she can help me and she says no. Reconfirmed twice and she said 3 times in total she won’t help me with anything I am asking about.
