Full waste of money!! Never had such a waste and expensive food in prime location. Chicken 65, smelly fish with no salt in masala, old chicken with half cooked, masalas were not even fully made, Thali/meals had no papad, old rice, no curd. Biriyani was reheated. Not sure how this restaurant dare to give old food for Saturday lunch. Had light yellow lassi( too much milk and less mango) that was also waste. Inspite of all these, this restaurant is charging 15% more cost than in the menu. We went to the restaurant, when the food came, we tasted a bit(not even 5 min), paid and came back. This is the First restaurant in which food made us to get out of the restaurant.

Do yourselves a huge favor, incredibly dirty and unhygienic restaurant. There aren't too many restaurants I've walked out of and I've from this disgrace.

I have dined in one time in this place when they had just opened. Didn't like the service, place seemed messy and slightly dirty. For some reason I gave them the benefit of the doubt. During covid, we ordered delivery a few times. Always got thr jackfruit biryanis. Liked it. The other day I decided to pick up my order. It made me regret ordering and question if I will fall sick after eating. The place looked dirty. Messy. Its like they dont care. Chicken biryani (boneless) was really bad. Jasmine rice mixed with some over spiced curried chicken. Will not repeat.

We walked in with no one to greet, an almost empty place with one customer eating food. We waited to be seated (as per the sign) no one came for next 5-7 minutes. So we just sat at a table. A girl passed by who seemed to be the employee, we got it confirmed that it was open. More wait to receive the menu. We started to order, and were told you can’t order certain items (pretty much every item we wanted) . We asked for menu that had items that were actually being offered. We were given a different menu card. We ordered two different dosas. For next 30-40 minutes no one showed up. Finally mine of us walked up to the kitchen and asked if we were ever going to get served, the chef (who didn’t speak any English showed us the ready to serve plates indicating there was no one to bring them out) Finally the waiter brought those out. Both Dosas were cold, limp and soggy by now. But more disappointing was the taste!!! OMG! So very salty and absolute zero on authenticity!! Mysore Masala Dosa had readymade Lasoon chutney on it as a replacement for “Podi” and Madras masala Dosa had “sambal“ as a replacement to onion chutney! It was sheer salt and Vinegar medley!! What a waste! The accompaniments like Sambar and chutneys were equally disappointing if not more. In all a complete disappointment - No service, Bad taste and cold food. Never going back there again.

Not suggestible to go on weekdays . Dosa batter, chutneys and sambar are not at all fresh. I can feel the smell when you are eating .Not healthy.I am sure about weekdays .

Best Indian food I have ever had. The food was very tasty and pretty good with the spice. It was our first time there, and the young lady that took our order was very helpful with making our choices. I’m very satisfied with the choices made.

Very poor service on takeout. We had ordered only one entree and it took close to one hour. When asked how long to wait, the waiter reaponded he does not know. This is rediculous and will definitely not recommend this place.

Tatva xpress was always my quick South Indian breakfast option in Herndon. So, this morning I decided to place an order. I ordered 2 plates of idli which tasted good, however the peanut chutney served was stale(They missed the coconut chutney). Sambar was too watery. I had one more complaint is that the website didn’t mention the correct food price. I totally understand the current circumstances, but that’s not how you treat your customers. It’s either you serve good food or you don’t serve at all.
