Really just sub par pizza. You can save money and get better pizza at dominos. The salad (regular size) was around 8 dollars for a very small salad. The pizza was slightly cardboard feeling.

It was absolutely the worst slice of 'pizza' I have ever had. The crust was clearly frozen and the oil covered pepperoni and cheese slid right off of the frozen dough. I wish I saved my money and just thrown in a frozen pizza. Disgusting.

Some of the worst wings I have ever had. Basically rubber with Buffalo sauce on it. They are pretty expensive and we didn’t want to eat any of them, so we contacted the manager and they offered 20% discount on the wings. Pretty careless and underwhelming, but it is what it is!

We order a pep pizza and steak and cheese told them I wanted mayo ketchup and extra cheese they sent the food and steak and cheese had lettuce on it didn't even ask for that they did bring me another one but the cheese was so dry and it really wasn't even really that hot won't ever order from this place again

Order came promptly through the store's delivery, not an App. (I'm staying at a nearby hotel). Stromboli was ok, but the Cannolis were very disappointing. Prepackaged cardboard, soggy crust, stale. Gummy filling.

Simply one of the best pizzas you will ever eat.The sauce is thick and spicy, the cheese is real, the pepperoni is small rounds,,high quality crunchy and plentiful and the crust is outstanding.I bought the lunch special - small pizza with a 20 oz. Bottle soda under nine dollars.Had it in 15 minutes.Got waited on right away at the counter.Just a great experience all around.Man,this is great pizza.

My wife ordered a pizza via Uber Eats. The driver picked the pizza up and then she sat in the parking lot for 17 minutes. We had the tracker on, could see that it had been picked up, but the Uber driver wasn't moving. We called the store to confirm that it had been picked up and they confirmed that the driver left about 10 minutes ago. After waiting another 7 minutes and still not seeing the vehicle leave the parking lot, I proceeded to cancel the order through Uber Eats and chatted with one of their reps about the situation. Once my order was confirmed canceled, I called Vocelli back and ordered a subsequent pizza for carryout (as we only live 1.5 miles away). This time, I ordered a medium instead of a large one topping (this is where it gets interesting). When I arrived to pick up the pizza (8 minutes later) I observed the cook move a fully cooked pizza from the prep station into the oven. I also observed that the conveyer belt on the oven was not moving. After about two minutes, the cook removed the already cooked pizza and informed me that he made me a large, but would only charge me for a medium. This led me to the conclusion that he was attempting to give me the same pizza that I had canceled after it sat in the delivery person's car for more than 20 minutes and by now, had been sitting out for at least 30 minutes. I told him that I did not want an old pizza and left. The cook followed me out to the parking lot and offered to give me the pizza for free since it was old. I told him no thank you and left. Pretty shady business practices Vocelli. Granted, the first part was not your fault at all, but don't try to re-sell me a pizza that I had already canceled because it sat in someone's car for 30 minutes.

Do not trust their website ordering! In late June I was visiting the Herndon,VA area and staying in a nearby hotel. I ordered a pizza using the Vocelli website and got confirmation of my order. After an hour, no pizza, so I called the store but nobody picked up. It was then closing time so I called the next day. They said the pizza had been delivered and paid for in cash. Maybe somebody got the pizza but I did not and my credit card was still charged. I got no email response from their customer service either. They need to tighten up their operation so that we don't get ripped off this way!

This pizza was absolutely horrible. I ordered from Vocelli's several years ago, so was happy to get back and order again. They originally sent out the wrong pizza, asked if I would just accept the wrong one, then delivered the one with correct toppings almost three hours after I ordered. Then, the pizza they delivered seemed like the driver just grabbed it from Domino's, but much worse. I wanted New York pizza, not a Domino's knock-off. Sausage is now rabbit pellets, not real Italian sausage. They should be ashamed. I find it hard to believe that any positive reviews are genuine. Nothing about the experience was positive.
