This place is by far the worst place I have ever purchased food from. The workers were in the back watching tik tok, taking selfies and recording them. I paid $41 for my food and after 1 hour and 22 minutes I cancelled my order for a refund. The worker I asked for refund was extremely rude and non helpful at all. She couldn’t really help being that she had an EarPod in her ear. The owner of this establishment should make changes because this place is absolutely disgraceful. The workers were a Joke and couldn’t even do their job which is making pizzas.

Food is good but this location has gone way way dowm hill.. supposed to be hot & ready..well i dont think they have had anything hot & ready in the last two years..I ordered online so I wouldnt have to wait & wait & wait because i know how this place is.. 40mins ok cool. well I go 45mins later because I got side tracked. so it was 50mins since I placed my order & who would of guessed I still have to wait 25mins to get my food.. this place needs to step there game way way up.. I honestly don't see why people still go here.. colonial heights is where I'll be heading from now on. 20min round trip & will still save time..

My daughter went in to pick up a hot and ready Pepperoni Pizza.While she was there the cashier was going off on one of your customers saying ;How do you expect me to get your order right ?Do you hear how loud it is in here?!!!When we got home with our "hot" and ready pizza..The Pizza was Luke Warm, but the box was hot from the holding Litlle Ceasars box they keep them all in.However; what shocked us is someone just threw the whole entire Pizza in the box without even cutting it!!That to me was the height of laziness when your selling the product!Furthermore; when I called your Little Ceasars in Hopewell Va. after the audio recording and the phone starts ringing again as soon as someone picked the phone up before I could say Hello.They hung up on me immediately three times straight!This happened at 7: 20 PMOct.17, 2023Someone from your Corporate office needs pay an unexpected visit to that store and see how your customers are being treated.Just sit out in the parking lot plain clothes , talk to your customers, check what their sending families home with,I hope you care about all of your customers.Respectfully Yours,L.A.
