On May 10th at 9:45 they had it locked but were still inside. They didn't need to close early. They are constantly getting business on this road so I don't understand their need to close early.

Put in an order and they never told me they cancelled it until I got there. Told them I wanted a refund and they said they couldn't give it to me, I had to do it myself.....?? What?Called back in the morning and they gave me an option of them making my sandwich or refund. Ummm hello, refund. Which they said they would do.Almost 2 weeks now with no refund.Don't order online with them, they will screw you and not even tell you.

Good day my husband unfortunately went and purchased a sandwich for me and himself for lunch. Thinking it was quick. The side seasoning I had gotten for my sandwich was oregano and pepper. There was so much pepper the sandwich is absolutely an edible not to mention the burning of my lips and tongue! On the website, there’s no way that you can even put in a formal complaint or when you call the restaurant itself that they answer the phone absolutely disgusting thank you very much for a waste of money and making me severely sick.
I have been using this Subway religiously every week for over a year. For some reason today (PM), I questioned staff about amount of meat being used, to keep it short!!! Use the correct amounts consistently, I’m not paying for half the amount , when I should be receiving the full amount. I’ll leave the food and not pay

I like subway subs, but they have gotten a little expensive just like everything else in this world. It was $50 for 3 of us to get subs.Dietary restrictions: It you have restrictions to your diet, they have veggies and lite options. U build your own items with what u like.
Was a nice little Subway. The two doing the food were polite and quick. My sandwich was great! Garlic Sub is the bomb!!

Went to hopewell purchased 2 foot long subs and was charged 26 dollars , came back to chester , purchased 3 foot king subs and was charged 28. There's no way the subs in hopewell should have been so costly. Hey knowing is half the battle ! And I will never purchased from Subway in hopewell again ! They got the money that time when I should have backed out and told them I didn't want the subs. I will. Wow sue I go out of my way to avoid that Subway! Thanks
