I ordered 2 chicken sliders. First of all, I asked for no cheese. They decided to just give me whatever they had sitting around and not make a new one or just didn’t read the order right. Then second of all, why did they give me this tiny tender? Inflation is crazy, I’m not rich by any means, so this is unacceptable. That’s the size of a chicken nugget. It dosent even cover the bread. Wild. The wait is ALWAYS long even if there’s only 2 cars in line so why not take your time and get things right lol. Also the person giving me my food while he was nice, he said “have a goodnight” and was ready to close the window super fast. He didn’t ask me if I needed sauce or anything else. Why in such a rush? I was the only customer there. I’m not a difficult customer who orders a whole bunch either. So frustrating and makes me not want to eat here at all. Can’t even get a $2 chicken slider right. Do better.

Today was one of the quickest and easiest visits. While the roast beef was perfect, I got red onions which were slimy. I was driving so did not return or call.

First off, it's fast food. But in my experience here, I'm giving it four starts because on YELP that means "Good".I missed eating before I got on the road to Colonial Beach so this was about the last place to stop before my destination. I ordered on the app to take advantage of a special deal they were offering. The drive-through had a long line but they still managed to get my order together in the estimated time.I was pleasantly surprised that they included napkins and the condiments associated with the items I had ordered (arbys's sauce, horsey sauce and catsup). With other places I have ordered via the app, you have to add all the condiments on manually or you don't get them. The meal I received was acceptable and the two crew members that I encountered at the pick-up area were very polite and friendly.

Went for drive thru on impulse cause the board said chicken bacon ranch fries. It was good. Got ranch on the side, which they got right. I don't think it ever mentioned cheese so that was an unpleasant surprise, but my bad I guess.Edit- I ordered the chicken bacon ranch loaded curly fries a second time and I SWEAR TO GOD GUYS... They forgot the freaking chicken and cheese. I got bacon and ranch curly fries. SmdhI was gonna get the app but this location doesn't participate or something it seems? What gives?

Multiple times we have been here at night and they act like they are closed. This time we were kicked out before 9. We went in to order, waited at least 25 min, to have them tell us we can't stay and had to take food with us. Service is not the best at all!

This last trip, gave me two wrong sandwiches at the drive-thru.Previous stop, they got my order wrong at the drive-thru. Wanted the meal, got a sandwich and drink.First time stopping at this Arby's about a year ago, they were out of roast beef.Don't see me stopping at this Arby's again......
