I don't normally complaine but I tried to order pizza online and it wouldn't work so I called the store in King George and I order3d 2 large pizzas and my bread bites that were supposed to be 2.99$ the guy read me the order back twice and I get to the store and no one knows who took the order or why my bread bites were not on there... I asked if I could get them for 2.99 since that's what I ordered on the phone and was told no. I just don't like when people try to act as if I was lying when the guy read my order back twice!

Sorry service! This Domino's is off the rails. I was in their establishment today and waited over 30 minutes for an order that 10-15 minutes to make. Plus, I was the first one to order and pay. Before I left with my food six other people came in placed there order, got their food paid and left. Yet, me who ordered and paid was still standing for over 30 minutes for a 15 minute order. Two boxes of chicken wings and parmesan bites. . .much simpler than the boxes of pizzas that walked past me. Service here is poor. ?☹️

Ordered online almost an hour ago and it’s still in the prep stage on the app. When I called the store to ask about the status the person on the other line couldn’t tell me anything besides it was still in the prep stage. When he went to get his manager to help me the manager didn’t even get on the phone just told the employee to inform me he would be leaving the store in 15 minutes. I am annoyed that it’s going to be well over an hour before I get my food and no one had an answer as to why this was. My pizzas should have been free at the very least.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. It's Domino's not a Brooklyn pizzeria people calm down with the one star reviews. The people who work here do a great job for the large area they have to cover and I say kudos to them. This team needs recognition.

They gave me a deluxe pizza with only one topping. I asked for extra mushrooms but they took it as "only mushrooms" I guess. They didn't put the Italian sausage, pepperoni, onion, or green peppers. It wouldn't have been the biggest issue but the last few times I've come to this location it's been disappointing.

Tonight my teen son ordered his first pizza from this location. Medium pizza and ranch dressing. When the pizza arrived, no ranch . It happens and unfortunately we were out. Mr. Ron who delivered our pizza came back with the ranch in hand. Something as small as that , wow !!! The gesture speaks volume, Thank you much appreciated

Ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese and two medium pan pizzas with extra cheese....no way any of them had extra cheese, they barely even had regular cheese and the thin crust pizza was so bland and not at all what I hoped for.

Shout out to our delivery driver, Kyle, who went above and beyond to ensure I could use our traditional Saturday delivery as an April Fool's prank opportunity today. Pizza is always delicious but the individual details make you guys the best!!

Super Slow. Every employee seems to only have one speed.. no matter how busy they are. Have been told on more than one occasion that a carryout order would be over an hour and 45 minutes longer (after we have arrived to pickup).. when that happens, we cancel and have them refund. Beyond ridiculous...We've tried this dominos multiple times. Food is good but on top of the slow service, several times we have gotten home and pizza does not have correct toppings and/or the pizza has not even been cut - Do better.
