My boyfriend orders from here every so often, the customer service is great and all but his order is always missing something. For example he orders Avocado & Bacon toast, and they missed to put to bacon on his order.
Ugh, the "what can I get you" instead of good morning or welcome to Dunkin, drives me crazy. You might as well say what do you want! Also the sourdough breakfast sandwich is suppost to be toasted and not served with raw-ish bacon. But it's like that every single time. Oh and if you order a frosted donut they put it in the bag upside down so all the frosting sticks to the bag which is fun. Please fix these things because I love having a DD here otherwise.

8/10 times i am completely satisfied with my experience. But I love the coffee rolls and the manager refuses to order enough so its always hit or miss if I'm going to be able to get them.
