We loved the place but customer service wasn’t the bestFood portion wasn’t enough in a kid meal and although it’s been written your choice of protein the lady give us only 2 chicken options and refused to add the meat option even for extra money

Delicious food! The ordering is similar to other restaurants where you choose your starch, protein, vegetables, etc. they have more options than the others. We really like that they cater to all types, people in our family are vegetarian and/or gluten-free etc and they have something for
honestly i like this restaurant chain in terms of cleanliness, flavors and and being timely, but this store’s serving portions are horrible. chipotle right across the street will fill your bowl with more protein and everyone knows how chipotle gets stingy. it’s to the point even though this is less than 10 minutes away from me, i drive 10 extra minutes to go to potomac mill’s location because they actually make sure you’re full for the same price. i’d recommend anyone to do the same and we all know how busy potomac mills can get compared to the comfort of this location. it’s that much of a difference in customer service to me.

It was fine. I had a falafel pita that tasted good. The ingredients looked fresh and the prep area was clean.Some of the employees are clearly new. I had to explain to the person making my pita what I wanted several times (even though it's a standard menu item with no modifications) and then they had read the menu as they assembled it. Overall, that was fine, just took longer to get my food.

Visited this location for takeout last Friday. The service was slow and there were only two people ahead of me. I was told the mixed veggies would cost a dollar extra. When I got home I found a long black hair in my bowl. Disgusted! I contacted corporate and nobody ever responded to my complaint. I will never go to this location again.

The dissatisfaction I have is that there is no professional suggestions to help you select what goes into the bowl. They once had a menu showing suggestions but now it gone and no one helps you understand what goes good together.

This Mezeh was so nice!! We ordered our food to go but the restaurant was so clean and the staff was super sweet!! Our food was ready quickly and everything was still very hot when we got home. We visited on a Wednesday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all. There were around 2 people in there eating. The food was delicious as always. I usually build my own bowl and get the extra chicken, and I love the pita crisps. I also get extra pita because their pita bread is delicious!
