Went to long John's and tried to order food the Manger and staff was rude they took our order and my boyfriend got his and didn't get mine but I got the drink that went to it and it tasted like water down dish water they said I would have to pay for mine again not a happy person and will not ever go there

Ordered take out via Drive thru. Window attendant was very courteous. Food was very good. Only 1/2 of the order was correct! Was parked for a 15 minute wait. It's usually better all around.Parking: Parking on both sides.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair ramp accessible.

Ordered fish and shrimp and extra piece of fish. Fish was basically 1/2 pcs and about 1/4" thick overcooked and absolutely a shoe would have tasted better. Will never stop again and absolutely a shame to spend 26 dollars for 2 meals that were worthless. A shame to take advantage of people!!!!!

Everyone is and was very nice.. restaurant inside is very clean. Think outside needs a refresher.. the food isn't the same it seems. This Long John Silvers (Lebanon VA)use to be the best. Unless the older gentleman that works day shift isn't there the food is not as hot or as fresh tasting as when he's there. But it's definitely not the worst I've ate.. I will eat there again..I do recommend.

The young girl that is supposed to be the assistant manager or whatever she thinks she is. Doesn’t need that job. I have tried several times to go and ask to fix my food fresh and she will argue you tell you it is and it won’t be very rude she is. Now the older man there is wonderful. Gate City's Long John Silvers is the best place to eat. There's not many LJS left and this one is great. The servers and cashiers are very nice and friendly and the food is delicious.

It's not an every day kinda meal but for now and then LJS can't be beat. I love their chicken tenders, and it is literally the breading that does it for me. My son and I had to make a quick trip to Walmart for some essentials and I decided I wanted something different that night so we ran through the drive thru. We bought two 3 piece chicken tenders meals (one with fries and slaw, the other extra fries). The tenders and hush puppies were hot and delicious. The combination of tastes is perfect when you just don't want another burger.
